That's closer to Southern Europe than Eastern Europe desu, those people look nothing like us. Yugoslavia and Albania wasn't even part of the Eastern Bloc, so that classification on being part of it doesn't fit.

Eastern Germany/Former DDR is also Eastern Europe, but not on this map. It used to be inhabited by Slavs, and during the Frankish period border between Europe and us Slavs was on the Elbe.

Albania was 1944-1968, also I would argue southeastern Europe is much different than Southern Europe culturally.
