Our whole system doesn't need to be nationalized there just has to be public option which provides an absolute floor for healthcare that people don't fall under. This would cover something like 30-50 million Americans which is less than what the NHS has to deal with.

Compare the total percentage of Chinese with no access to healthcare to the total percentage of Americans with no healthcare.
