President of Poland prolonged presence of Polish army in 29.12.2018 and 31.12.2018 in following places:
1) Central African Republic (important for French national interest)
2) Southern region of the middle part of Mediterranean Sea
(important for Italian national interest: stopping refugees)
3) Iraq, Jordan, Qatar, Kuweit (important for Israeli-American national interest, as territories of all these countries are important in cotext of preparations to war against Iran - Polish jet fighters already broke record of 6000 hours of flight over Syria and other places of the region - officially: in combat bombing missions to fight ISIS, unofficially: to check Russian air-defences too, as some experts claim - the presidential document underlines that Polish forces were _not_ given authorisation to join the conflict automatically, and it needs a decision of president and parliament)
4) Romania and Bulgaria (important for American national interest, as territories of these countries are important in context of theoretical war with Russian forces over control of the Black Sea, which is extremely important from perspective of Chinese Silk Road route to Europe - the presidential document underlines that Polish forces were given automatical authorisation to take part in the military conflict if it is started on this direction, without Polish parliament's involvment)
5) Afghanistan (important for Russian national interest, as any destabilisation in this country has direct impact on Russia, not so important for America anymore, i guess)
6) Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia (important for national interest of all these countries as they don't have an airforce and Poland spends money on patrolling their airspace all the time)
7) Kosovo, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina (important for national interest of the USA as military presence in these countries is connected with point 4)
