President who considers flexing muscles is benifitial, to put it simply, plays from power position, what is considered as the outlived behavior in Europe. I consider him to be benefitial for USA in short run, damaging for longrun. For the rest of the world damaging in a short run, benefitial in a long run. No surprise the love he gets from major rivals and opponents of USA.

Countries unite into organisations such as UN, BRICS, NATO, EU, Eurasian Union, and so on, because they believe that sharing economical and military power with other countries improves their position on the world stage. Herd of jackals has incomparably bigger chance to survive in confrontation with an alfa-wolf, than jackal alone. USA understood that these organisations gained too big power for the USA to change their ways, thats why it is better for the USA now to destroy them all, so it would be easy to dominate all jackals one by one in face2face relations. Of course such policy creates also huge risks: if the USA destroys current system, there might be created new alliances and blocs that would be still disadvantageous for the USA, but American elite hopes that countries will be so disoriented and scared of finding themselves in completely new reality that they will be an easy victim for the USA to dominate them and make them behave the USA wants for its benefit. It is a managing through chaos.

Will the US succeed? No idea. But i think they don't have any other way out now. Every single year of operating in the old system would weaken them even more, and in the end they would realize that they would lose any chance for maintaining their hegemonic status on the planet.

Because their military potential and economical potential were becoming smaller and smaller and smaller in comparison with combined potentials of the world. The decision of the US about removal of their forces from Syria was made after long conversation between Trump and Erdogan, and the purpose of this action was renewal strategic relations with Turkey, which is crucial NATO ally. Trump just shared opinion of gen. Curtis Scaparrotti who claimed that Turkey should be a strategic partner of the USA in isolating Iran in the Middle East, not Kurds. Putin during last press conference also said smth that sheds more light on Russian attitude to American decision. He said that he "doubts that the USA would ever get out of the region at all, because they are coming out from Afghanistan for 18 years and somehow are still present there". This one symbolic decision of the US can contribute a lot to deterioration of relations between Turkey, Iran and Russia in the region, which is good for the US.

I totally agree with his course regarding China and wish that the US had started acting like this sooner.

He makes people butthurt and I love how triggered some people become when they talk about him or when I mention that he's the US president casually. I think he's not as bad as our media portrays him, he's definitely not retarded and I'm against most form of criticism against him because many people miss giving acutal arguments. But he's still a fucking asshole (albeit a funny one) and probably emotionally unfit for being president. What people in Europe don't understand is that he was elected US president, he happens to shit on the EU, which offends many Europeans since they are used to being treated nicely by Obama.
That's the reason why he got elected: Hillary wasn't a bit better than Trump and a significant amount of people felt fucked over. We have a totally different view on it over here and as long as we don't see what the average US citizen thought, we will never understand what happened.

If he's successful, then so be it. He did alright economically and America is far away from "chaos", like many people projected. But I think that it's pretty bad that he's reducing the global influence of the USA.

Right now, I think he'll win in 2020. He's a very unstable person and a potential danger, but up to now, he did okay. Let's see if he builds that wall and if he can manage to deal with the Democrats now that they've got more power.
