I just flew from Hokkaido (New Chitose) to Tokyo (Haneda). Somewhere along the way I lost my Suica card and it's case. Is there any way of getting it back or no? I only have a week left in Japan so...

What is the ranking based on? I think 東女大 and 成蹊, for instance, have better name-recognition than a lot of the public/technical ones on your list, for instance, so they might be "more respected" even if they have lower admissions and academic standards.
It looks pretty accurate to me but I'm not sure about those located outside the kanto region. >Keio and Waseda It really depends on departments and how you get in. Those who enter from affiliated highschools are not very smart.
