塩コショウを軽くかけて出来上がり
他にもマヨやケチャップやコンソメなど味のバリエーションも豊富

野菜や肉を油で高温処理すると発がん性物質が発生するからな
煮物や蒸しなら安全
ポテトはグルテンも入ってないのでパンよりもいいし
私はパンもライスも食べずに代わりにポテトを食べるようにしてる

うちはジャガイモを電子レンジにかける時は下ごしらえとしてやるだけ。炒めたり、つぶしたり、汁物に入れる。そのまま食べるなんてしないんだけど。
チンしただけのジャガイモにコンソメ味を付けるっていうのも謎だし、エアプとしか思えない。

I think 東女大 and 成蹊, for instance, have better name-recognition than a lot of the public/technical ones on your list, for instance, so they might be "more respected" even if they have lower admissions and academic standards.
