well pastanigger army is voluntary last time i checked so i think you can just ask them to put you wherever you want if you can pass the qualifications for it and compete for it if there's limited spots . they'll try to convince you to go where they have a shortage of people like they do in every army but you dont have to .
even here where we're conscripts people usually get put to where they wanna go although places with high demand usually have tests where a lot people drop out and are given alternatives from the places where the army need people .

It's not dramatic, it's the genuine truth. Civil service is out of the question and it's unfair of a woman to demand this. Also, civil service is not intended for people who don't want to serve because they're pussy whipped, or they just don't feel like it. It's only intended for people with actual pacifist beliefs, which is a very small minority of soyboys and religious nutjobs.

So I'm sorry if you misunderstood and thought civil service is for anyone who just don't want to serve. It's only an option for a small, select group of people.

Now that it's peace time and our budget is quite small, you can off course just be rude to the selection officers and score very badly on tests. But then you're a "draft dodger" which has a social stigma. We're not as fanatic as the israelis, but people actually dislike those who actively avoid military service.

airforce has everything from cooks, base security to pilots , techs and air traffic control all with drastically different demand . when you're in highschool the army calls you to the recruitment office where they take details about you , do medical inspection and questionnaires . there they give you medical fitness grade (good eyesight , not flatfoot or other things that would impair you from infantry) and a mental + socioeconomic grade based on your school grades, lack of criminal record , being from a stable home and shit like that . if you qualify for whatever role you asked in those grades they either send you to pre-enlistment testing in those army units or just sign you up to go there when you formally join the army . you also need to get top grades in these things to qualify for officer school .

personally i was a dumb kid and didnt apply for testing in many army prestigious army units like military intelligence (which in retrospect i could easily get into) so the army sent me to where it needs most people and people dont want to go which are the armament corps and airforce technical division , i ended up in an unrelated small unit in the airforce which i cant mention here.

I'm not argueing against going into conscription. If I were Finnish I'd do it too. But I just think it's odd how you expect some 18 year old girl to stay loyal to you while you're out in the boys scout.
