What cope? It doesn't bother me at all that women comprise a majority of recent college graduates. However, it is telling that despite the closing of this gap, tech and engineering as well as business leadership are still male-dominated. The fact is, men and women have different innate proclivities, and that's ok. Female excellence doesn't have to look like male excellence.

Or women have been excluded from most every field for 99% of human history and have only barely been allowed into the professional/academic sphere within the past 60 years in a handful of countries.

it's a fact that women make up most humanities courses which have a higher graduation rate than STEM fields in most Western Countries (last I checked, something like 2 thirds of all students in humanities were female).
