It depends on the size of the household and age of each member, but usually it's 24 dollars per month for a household.
It could increase to 100 dollars per month if you have a household filled with kids and teenagers.
Anyways, it's garbage, you can only buy yogurts, toilet paper and some other basic cleaning product.
It's very hard to be poor in the southeast so that's mostly a thing for the northeast(pic related).

It varies a lot, you wouldn't see anything like that in rural areas, for Mexico City is around USD $500 a month which for living standards on even one of the country's most expensive places isn't bad, you can certainly pay utilities, buy food and household supplies and have enough left over to effectively job hunt on that.
