Hi Jow Forums...

Hi Jow Forums. I collect football shirts sometimes and I'm considering purchasing a USSR kit cause it's a nice novelty item and I really like the aesthetic. But would it be too edgy for me to wear it in public? Would people get offended? Like if I ran into a Lithuanian or something while wearing it would they try to fight me?

They are illegal in europe.

They're not in the UK

In Ukraine it would be edgy and dangerous, because our youth (and even many older people) has some anti-commie sentiments now.

This would be comparable to wearing this

I thought many balts wear this

I remember some guy I know was denied entry into Lithuania because he had soviet naval flag on his license plate

Only in some Eastern European countries. We don’t deny our socialist heritage. In fact, two communist party leaders (Dubček and Husák) made it to the list of top ten greatest Slovaks.

But is it really a political statement? If I wear a modern Russian football kit, that doesn't mean I am supporting Putin

If you aren't blue then you are cringe

If you’re blue then you’re an Eastern EU shithole with inferiority complex.

It does

In Baltics people can report you to police if you have Russian flag on your car or something like this.

Idiot

This pretty much
They couldn't overcome their saltiness

From my experience Poland rarely enforce this law. Especially in Eastern Poland. But in Warsaw or Western Poland you can get into trouble.

>If I wear a modern Russian football kit, that doesn't mean I am supporting Putin
Noone will investigate it. It is just "self - non self" pattern. So, if you like to wear football shirts, just wear a shirt of your country (may be dangerous too, depends on politics) or of country of host.

what these country gonna do when chinese officials visit?
the communist symbol is every where

Oh no hammer and sickle is triggering me. Muh microaggression.

Butthurt belt is no different than snowflake SJW

Man, I would love one too. From what year is that shirt though? I'd like either this one or a replica from the 60s. Also do you have the hungarian shirt from the 1954 WC?

This. People here, at least younger ones, would probably think that CCCP is some rock group they never heard of.

the cccp kit is not a symbol retards jesus christ i hate you all so fucking much

Cool kids wear Yugoslavia gear

I miss Yugoslavia. It meant I understood that area of the map and didn't have to bother learning a bunch of micro states, which one is Muslim, which one is Christian and which one is like weird Greek/African hybrids.

My boomer dad fixed this problem by still talking about Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia, even while on holiday there.

From what year is that shirt? Also is that the home or away shirt?

>if I wear the symbol of a brutal oppressive regime that ruined half of Europe and killed tens of millions will it offend anybody
no, it'll be fine!

>From my experience Poland rarely enforce this law.
Because hammer and sickle is not a banned symbol you fucking retards

I doubt anyone would dare to give you shit for it in the UK. Well, nobody who's sober.
