I've legitimately never heard of a single Pole leaving to work in Lithuania. Why would they? Our minimal wage is higher than yours.
I've heard of elderly miners going to the Czech Republic to work in mines because it would be illegal for them to work in Poland because of their age, but surely a few hundred miners don't make up 2-5% of the population.
