They're nearly as good as white immigrants, and their children ~will~ assimilate, even if they don't. All in all, if you don't mind the smell, Indians are all right. Much more preferable to Mohammadians and 70IQ Africans.

The reason why American tech companies and smaller amount companies in general have selected mainly Indian CEOs after 2010 is because they don't want another China happening.

What I mean with this is that China has been, is now and probably is going to be a very VERY hard place for American multinationals to expand. That's 1.3 billion consumers out of their reach. The last thing they want is that this same thing happens with India. Although there's very much smaller risk of same thing happening in India's case as India is an open democracy and thus not as shut-in as communist controlled China. American businesses have already saturated their domestic, European and Japanese markets to the extent that there's little expanding happening. But the more developing Asia (mainly South Asia or Southeast Asia) has a huge playing field for big American companies and literally billions of new consumers.

What American companies don't want is India where Chinese companies have the majority of market shares. This is why the investors choose Indian CEOs as they see it as a way to expand to Indian markets which is true.

If you watch the board of these companies or the main share holders you see how they are basically 100% white Americans + couple Europeans.

So Indians being CEOs have little to nothing to do with that they are so much better compared to the rest of the planet but it all comes to expansion, new markets and profits.

I'm European myself and we don't really see ourselves as "white" in the same way as Americans and Brits do. It's kinda like when Africans identife with their countries or with Africa while they are in Africa but when they move or go to United States they suddenly become "blacks" or African-Americans even tho they have little to nothing to do with cultures or ethnic groups associated with terms "blacks" and African-Americans. I mean there's not "reds" in United States either but Native-Americans. Just like that there's not "whites" in Europe but more like Native-Europeans.

Most people don't even seem to understand how HUGE American economy actually is. American and Chinese economies are close to same but with a difference that Chinese economy and GDP is produced by 1.3 billion people while American economy is just produced by +300 million. United States is a ECONOMIC GIANT. And what's even more amazing is how much US is able to grow (GDP growth rate) despite being such a mature economy. US is growing faster than both Europe and Japan. In fact US is growing twice as fast. Even faster than the most industrialized country on the planet Germany.

And the main reason for US economic size and growth is the ever expanding market share of American multinationals of worlds consumer market share.
