Getting over money losses

Im a professional medical data analyst - developer.
My job requires a very clear mind.
How to think clearly while losing money on crypto? You work for 10-12 hours a day and then crypto goes down several weeks of your payment
Inb4 professional salary.
Im eork for a public hospital as a researcher and Im paid way less than a web developer or programmer, and I do more hours.

Just relax and do your job. If your portfolio choice is ok you'll be rich in a few years.

Its dead, you should have sold many months ago.

Never put in more than you’re willing to lose. Crypto is a small step above playing slot machines at this point.

Would you rather I try and shill you some new and exciting bag sure to moon? I offered you sensible advice. That fact that you choose to ignore it tells me you haven't learned your lesson yet.
