>PM Theresa May loses MPs’ vote on Brexit deal by 432 votes to 202 - the biggest government defeat in history

Hard to believe

btw pound on freefall tomorrow, gotta turn my savings into EUR

I hope it means no Brexit at all tho

Say "GOTT STRAFE ENGLAND" to pay disrespects to the "United" Kingdom

GOTT STRAFE MAY
HEIL CORBYN

It doesn't, it now means a hard brexit in a few months.

That is, unless they confidence the Conservatives out of power and the next party cancels it or calls a new referendum.

Can't May revoke Article 50 on her own?

>That is, unless they confidence the Conservatives out of power and the next party cancels it or calls a new referendum.

That's what I want to happen

But the Labor seems to be even worse in terms of economy, actually most of Corbyn's political ideas couldn't be implemented within the EU as they're too socialist and anti-market.

If she wants to etch her name into the annals of history as a fucking disaster of a PM, sure.

Because we don't give individual dictatorial powers, we're a democracy.

Don't worry there is enough dirty toilets to clean in Germany as well

You're fucking stupid,
The article is on automatic mode,it will trigger in june. The fact that they are not accepting any deal just shows how they don't give a fuck about hard brexit

is it time?

Hopefully this means that we don't leave the EU.

God I hope so.
After years of his own party stabbing him in the back, he wins in the end because May ran out of blood first.
Absolutely, undeniably based.

what‘s his job?

The govt will just negotiate the deal with MPs, change something irrelevant and it will pass sooner or later

GOTT STRAFE ENGLAND

>fucking disaster of a PM
that isn't already the case?

Thatcher was good.

>Thatcher was good.

Really good. The greatest.

>gotta turn my savings into EUR
how much could you have saved from plowing toilets

>plowing toilets

Attached: Thinking.png (5000x5000, 412K)

She had balls, unlike May who can't even keep her own party in line

Central American agriculture is severely lacking.

you mean march, and no, it can be revoked

>they don't care about hard brexit

that's not true, they just foolishly believe they'll get a better deal and May was just shit at negociations

>doesn’t know that Thatcher was kicked to the curb by her own party

Attached: GottStrafeEngland.jpg (297x322, 37K)

corbyn wants brexit too, he just doesn't want to be in power when it happens
the lib dems aren't getting back into power in the next century for their betrayals and the SNP don't have anywhere near the numbers or influence to fix this

at this point communism is a legit option

Attached: Comrade Jez.jpg (360x254, 116K)

It can certainly be revoked but does May need Parliament or can she just do it as an executive action?

It's in a grey area
The EU could say: no, you're leaving and that's it

G
gjk
gggggG!1
fuck britannia
fuck her right in the cunt
le meme island superpower
FUCK OFF you stupid inbreds

amidoingitrite.jpg

Now. Can we just get this shit over with? That'd be good.

t. Jean-Claude

Executive orders aren't a part of our government, it's actually quite a scary party of yours desu

I thought they needed the EU governments to agree to extend Article 50 but could revoke it unilaterally

>Executive order
>UK

Bro you're a "democracy" and they're a democracy. There is no magic ultimate power dictator card in their PMs power.

Theoretically, but it would imply an immediate request from the EU to renegotiate the UK's standing in the Union (which was very privileged)
On its part the EU is willing to extend the time but only to allow time for another vote, not for more negotiations

I'm not British but I imagine if they can get some actual solid leadership in government they probably could get something decent but the political situation in the UK has gone haywire and basically disintegrated. There is literally no one who could become PM without huge resistance from everyone in parliament

UNITED
BRITISH
REPUBLICS

>executive action?

The only person with that kind of power is the Queen, who throughout her life has only used her royal powers once.

What did she use it for?

This guy.

For what kind of deal though. If Labour won't vote for anything so they can get a general election, SNP and LD will only vote for Remain, and the Tory right won't vote for anything that contains a backstop, what can get a majority?

Exactly

I think the plan is to get so close to No Deal that they're forced to accept the deal of who's currently in the government

Free Chicken McNuggets for life, also called the Chicken Tax.

This is probably the way it is. The council of the eu needs to agree unanimously to extend the date, but if the uk wants to withdraw their notification before march 29th the eu probably won't have anything to say about that.
And if they did, they would want them to, i guess.

fuck off hans

I think a court ruled that the Europeans can't stop the UK from revoking Article 50 even if they wanted to

btw whatever happened to UKIP? I remember poltards shilling it all the time, what happened?

it died

Farage left as leader and desu he was UKIP, the rest of them were genuinely retarded.

Before they actually leave on march 29th nothing will need to be renegotiated, because legally nothing has changed. The only thing that has happened is them notifying the eu, but nothing happens until 2 years after that, and if they revoke that notification (and I think they can) within those 2 years, nothing, legally, will change at all.

>Gott strafe England!
>punches scotland
What did they mean by this?

Yeah, but I don't think the EU will accept a "we were just joking" after all that happened

based

Yeah, it wouldn't really make sense if they could, it was a unilateral decision in the first place

S

based krauts

What would they do about it? They can't kick them out or anything

Yeah unfortunately your business owners have a different view and fear a no deal Brexit.

They can move to discuss stuff like the opt-out on Schengen, the Euro, closer union etc

The UK had a sweetheart deal with lots of special gimmes to their advantage, I doubt the EU is letting them keep those if they play the lmao just kidding card.

HAHAHAHA BEST TIMELINE

GOTT STRAFE ENGLAND

I don't get why people feel this way, brits have every right to leave if they want to. If it's a bad decision they will suffer from it anyway, no need to 'punish' them or something
Oh yeah, that's true. It would be pretty spiteful though.

>Oh yeah, that's true. It would be pretty spiteful though.
Not like the UK was very friendly during the negotiations

>tomorrow
AFAIK people can trade currencies everywhere at every time. Also, the UK will be fine tomorrow.

How likely that Brexit will cause new huge financial crisis? I mean there are a lot of talks about it and brexit could be a solid way to start.

Based fellow human being

not again... :(

Sure, it would even be justified in a way. It would kind of feel like punishing the uk for daring to try and leave the union, though, and I don't like that.

Fuck the EU. This only demonstrates that the unelected bureaucrats in Brussels have too much power.

Enjoy losing your sovereignty Europoors.

What happens now?
t. not in UK, ignore the flag

Global markets are already teetering, there's a good chance it will set off something.

>the EU didn't give us everything we wanted
>this proves the EU has too much power!
>MUH VAGINA HURTS

lmao

>I want to have everything with none of the compromises! Reee!

haha delicious tears

why is the pound rising

Based and Krautpilled

>House doesn't want the Brexit Deal
>House doesn't want a No-Deal Brexit

=> No Brexit

Vote of no confidence in the government tomorrow.
Most likely outcome is that May survives it by the skin of her teeth.
Then May is going to try to pass the same deal again because she's fucking retarded:

Gott strafe die Europäische Union

Idiots thinking this means no Brexit or a second referendum.

lol

>Gott strafe die Europäische Union

Danke für die Milliarden, Alpenfotze

Attached: swiss eu budget.png (709x860, 255K)

It's likely though. There have been cries for a second referendum since day one, a no-Brexit deal could drive Scotland further away from England and nobody is satisfied in any way. A second referendum with a more clear dichotomy (either Remain or No-Deal Leave) could be a way to salvage things. Especially because now Remain would be very very likely to win.

Half of me wishes the UK will stay, if only because they're the only major power that's anti-federalization. In fact, the absence of Britain has spurred a union between northern states (and the Netherlands) that is referred to as a new Hansaic League that's anti-federalization, because we know we may soon no longer be able to rely on Britain throwing a monkeywrench into Germany's delusional plans and France's blind obedience.
