Granted conditions will vary GREATLY by where said accident happened (it determines what hospital you'll be sent to in most cases). I had an accident last year and was immediately taken to an ok hospital and received prompt treatment without paying a dime.

Anyone who can't keep a safety net up is just too retarded to do so. The montly cost of living doesn't change wether you have 1000 on the bank or not. You might as well double their income just to see it be at 0 anyway.
