What do you do now ?

Studying for a master's degree

In car jacking? Faggot Estonian

5.83 here with 1000 in credit card debt

Come on. I am a fucking NEET (against my will) for 4 YEARS and I had nearly half in the house I live.
That should be some kind fake news.

I have 18,000 saved with zero debt

Good to know rajesh

Do they just buy a lot of useless junk?

Lendingtree, jewish owned corporation that gives broke people loans on high interest, says that its costumers (the average american according to them) can't pay 1000. Lel.

>emergency
>1000 USD

what fucking emergency is that?
Heart transplant without health insurance?
Seems ridiculous tbqh. Also, why wouldn't you have health insurance if you live in the US? seems like shooting yourself in the foot

Anything to do with a car probably.

that's crazy.
Even in this shithole called Brazil you get immediate treatment if you suffer a car accident.

Granted conditions will vary GREATLY by where said accident happened (it determines what hospital you'll be sent to in most cases). I had an accident last year and was immediately taken to an ok hospital and received prompt treatment without paying a dime.

Anyone who can't keep a safety net up is just too retarded to do so. The montly cost of living doesn't change wether you have 1000 on the bank or not. You might as well double their income just to see it be at 0 anyway.

It's this stupid mentality of "oh I have 1000$, I guess I'll go eat out nicely then"

Are you fucking retarded?

>earn 4000 dollars a month
>pay rent or mortgage, food, gas, student debt, other expenses
>you're left with 130 bucks
>WHY CAN'T THESE STOOPID AMERICANS KEEP UP ZE SAFETY NET?

It's the price of freedom. You wouldn't have food if we weren't like this.

i have about 560€ but i live with my divorced father so its ok i think

Hmmst

if you dont have €1000 in savings its your own fault

>1st worlDer thinks every country has the same opportunities

1. You are first world
2. You are an EU citizen move if the wages are that bad and you want money

He's right tho. The income is only relevant in determining the time it takes to build the emergency fund. Once you have it you have it.

We don't need savings because we use insurance that's provided by most companies. Get a job if you don't want to die

>Italy thinks Spain is first world

>You are first world
Barely, and we won't be for long at this rate.
But that's Ireland.

>Spain
>1st world
have you ever visited Spain
the only 1st world thing about Spain is the healthcare

The culture of overconsumption. It's more important to have a good reputation (and get a loan) instead of having saved a lot of money. It's obviously not that bad of a system. There's no "big country" with richer inhabitants than The US.

everything is fine

I never worked in my life and have 2.5k in savings wtf

Then you are richer than me, I have about ~300 bucks in my account

t. student

I’ve been to spain many times on holidays.

Also have ~50 000 usd in student debts, lol

>He's right tho. The income is only relevant in determining the time it takes to build the emergency fund.
As you can see according to this study, 60% of Americans HAD an emergency that cost at least 1000 dollars or more that year. How do you fucking build up an emergency fund when you're living from paycheck to paycheck, and unexpected disasters come left and right at you?
oh wait, you can't, therefore third of the population lives in debt

>have about ~300 bucks in my account
>
>t. student
I have a full time job while you're literally sitting on your ass doing fuck-all for most of the day, but still have ~300 USD. I will never be richer than you unless you plan to become a heroin junkie and a trash collector

the most educated uni students can expect a 23k salary if they're lucky. i guess you didnt see much spaniards going from tourist trap to tourist trap as most fucking tourists do. stay the fuck out and keep the other drunks in your islands

Oh well, at least you have your national pride unlike me

neger vad fan har du gjort

im on 25k a year and Ireland is a lot more expensive than spain
why dont you tell spanish students to fuck off out of Ireland? At least we spend money when we’re in spain, spanish students here will buy 1 pint and sit in the smoking area of a pub for 3 hours sipping it

p-pluggat... :3

>It's obviously not that bad of a system. There's no "big country" with richer inhabitants than The US.
You mean there's no country with greater collective wealth, however it's distributed like complete dog shit. For every rich person there are twenty that are in debt, and it all serves purely to uphold the overspending and therefore the economy.

herregud mann1

>spend 300$ a week on Über eat, netflix and brand new cellphones and shit like this

WAAAAAHHHH THE AMERICAN dream is DEAD

>Stop enjoying life only boomers get to do that!

I haven't worked for 3 years and I have 200k in savings

He's talking about the car breaking down and needing repairs, you fucking idiot. Injuries from a serious crash would cost tens of thousands of dollars.

I spent ~5000 usd on hookers, student loan money :(

>"awww poor me, spanish tourists are a bit loud"
>meanwhile goes to spain to puke on the streets , cause fights and get drunk in the middle of the afternoon
kill yourself you cunt. you are not welcome here. tourists go home, refugees welcome

It's not the high income but the low expenses. Nobody forced you to live downtown with a car

för helvete

Boomers so far are the only generation to be born in excess and die in excess, and they may very well be the last thanks to their own doings. They had all the wealth to build a prosperous and long lasting American society free of poverty and injustice, and what did they do? Build McMansions and invent luxury pickup trucks. Boomers have literally wasted your collective potential on hedonism, and are leaving your generation a run down dump of a first world country.

If a "disaster" happens left and right it probably isn't a disaster to begin with.

Does your car break down every month? Break a leg weekly?

The money you're keeping is not yours, filthy banker.

You only live once, you sheltered candy-ass

Det var rätt najs dock

>Heart transplant without health insurance?
That would cost near a hundred thousand

Sure? I'm pretty sure it costs about ~20 bucks to visit the hospital

>Also, why wouldn't you have health insurance if you live in the US?
Actual poor people can't afford that

It's common for someone to pay $1k for the ambulance ride alone.
