One depressing moment is when I want to leave work but there is the atomosphere you are not allowed to leave earlier than your boss, so I feel guilty to leave before him

The govt has actually been doing to change and it's actually changing since around 2015. It's true. (Example is that every worker should get at least 5 paid-holiday from 2019)
But in my company, the amount of work is just too much and at the same time, my company is an old school type, so the "atomosphere" as I said above yet continue to win over the law.
Now what I do is to give 5 paid-holiday to all the employees since I am on the management department, reacting to the decision our govt made.
