>Read about social credit system >Watch documentaries about it on youtube >Seems legit >Ask visa students from china about social credit system >Doesn't know what I'm talking about >I explain it >one of them laughs at me and says "and you actually believe it?"
Most Chinese don’t even know about the Tiananmen Square incident. A news reporter went there showing some students film from the event and the students didn’t believe it. The mind programming is strong there.
To be fair America isn’t much better, just instead of govt controlling your thoughts and behaviors, it’s corporations. >be us citizen >say something some random person on Twitter doesn’t like >they report you >you get banned >”lol just make your own platform if you want free speech lol stupid right winger lol” >make your own website for free speech and thought >same person who complained on Twitter now complains to web host about your site >web host takes your site down >”lol just make your own web host lol” >make your own web host >person complains to master card and visa >all banks and credit card companies refuse your business >your web host gets no funding so is shut down >also now banks and credit card companies blocks you from using any form of banking at all >person makes you out to be a super villain on social media >no one will hire you >starve to death and die because no money or job
At least with the Chinese system you just can’t travel and buy an abundance of luxury goods. Not as bad as the US social punishment system.
>most chinese don't even know about the tiananmen square incident ye because its referred to as 8964 you dumb mutt

Even if there was one, there's nothing wrong with it

its real but the score will not be publicaly available

But to be honest, China wouldn’t be where it is if those students had any influence on decisions made back then. If someone stands in your way, bulldoze him.
Dylan Sanchez
Hold up, you mean powerful countries who want to see China become little more than a place to exploit for cheap labour are pushing anti-China propaganda? Crazy.
Joshua Ward
If you want to see how it would have played out, look at India >200 MILLION workers on strike What a fantastic display of democracy and civil rights. LMAO
That sounds the same as everywhere else in the world except that it actually has aim and confinement, and isn't just big businesses rearing their heads destructively (as it is in the West).
Ryan Scott
I read last week that newly hired Chinese state censors have to be taught that Tianamen was actually a thing and not western cgi fakery.
Adam James
>foreign media are grossly conflating Sesame Credit (aka Zhima Credit) and Social Credit, and in doing so, are misrepresenting what is happening in China regarding these systems.
Parker Morales
if you ever talked to Chinese irl you should know that most of them are not only quite retarded they are also super smug. Even North Koreans know the whole thing is a shitty joke. But Chinese ? nope they unironically think they cracked the code

>Rongcheng, a county-level city in Shandong province, has been at the center of a recent Foreign Policy article by Mistreanu (2018), which describes how many Rongcheng citizens have already embraced the Social Credit pilot, and seem happy with how it improves the community.
>The Rongcheng Credit system is one of both rewards and punishments, as also described of other bigger local systems by Daum (2017b). Online defamation or abuse of family members will negatively affect one’s societal credit, whereas taking care of one’s parents or positively influencing one’s neighborhood will lead to better rankings. In Rongcheng, top rankers are praised by being displayed on a board near the village center (Mistreanu 2018).

phew what a relief. I thought those people that stabbed people pets with poison and cooked them in gutter oil to sell to western tourists might be subhuman.
it’s still in trail stage in some small rural towns and cities

Students in Tiananmen square were maoist commie radicals who wanted to undo Deng Xiaoping reforms which have lifted a billion people out of absolute poverty this far. Those protestors deserve to be memoryholed as unnamed scum and the only mistake done there was not killing them all, their friends, their teachers and their families. Every single commie must be killed and everyone in their primary circle of acquintances must be killed. That is the only way. It's a genetic disease.

when you think about it, lots of times when poor revolutionary protesters get shot up it's probably for the best

Social credit system looks based as fuck. Just imagine the banter on Jow Forums if it would be implemented worldwide. Also, why do westerners even care about it? It is basically works in same way as class society in capitalist countries, just formalized into straight system.
Dominic Anderson
Westerners hate when anything is done honest and fair. Cowards culture of hypocrisy.
Hunter Bailey
wouldn't it create tensions like in India or China, i mean yes, class system, now there are rich and poor, but no one actually cares or has enough social influence culturaly to implement class status as a thing that can be justified.
