ah, the 18th century looks cozy

Why do Canadians who have similar temperatures never make threads like this?
I think for majority of people Canada is a mystery despite being one the biggest countries there are.

lol, it was around 41C here today. What a contrast.

Canadians who have similar temperatures dont have internet

because they live along our border

that said, darkest Quebec has some large cities that can get closed off by mountains of snow in the winter

Attached: 1533077411504.jpg (1920x1080, 789K)

ah so this killed Napoleon and Hitler

99% of them live below the 50th parallel

I believe still some Brazilian will think that is too hot.

Because most Canadians posting here are Ontariofags and BC chinks. They don't have that kind of temp there. We get them in the north and in the east.

Temp here now.

Do you know the temperature inside your room/place? What happens when you open a window in that cold?

lel

>tfw east wind soon
Can you please keep your arctic shit to yourselves?

I would like to thank you and your neighbors for taking part in the extraterrestrial human habitation experiment

Here 40 c

Why do you believe so?

>Do you know the temperature inside your room/place?
It's about 23C.
>What happens when you open a window in that cold?
You'll die probably

At what temperatures does the schools get closed down?

Some Brazilian think like cold temperature would be a signal are you white. So -70º would a nice thing for a white guy.

-3c here in north east coast this morning

-45 C classes 1-5
-50 C classes 5-9
-55 C school closed down

it is so funny to read this and realize that in UK the may close down the school if there is a snowfall.

It's about to snow and I want to take down the calendar with my blasphemies porco dio porca la madonna e tutti gli angeli in colonna

You realise you are extremely privileged to live there. My window view is shit in comparison

No whitoids here in Yakutia, sorry.

How? To me it sounds scary.

No, it’s not.

Good clothes. There nothing like a good hot soup after a days work at -40°C

Well I like it.

He’s rusing you

youtube.com/watch?v=l1noUh2NrLI

Lmao white people tripping bruh, why you gotta live somewhere so cold?

Hot soup isn't enough, you need a lot of energy. Salo, and other fat.

Come here, we it's warm inside and we're a heartwarming discord community uwu
/Q2SKS8r

The soup open the meal.

How nonwhite is the place?

Imagine being this deluded.
All that whitoids built here are a disgusting commieblocks. Since 1991 every ok building was made by local designers + central asia bvlls combination.

I mean, it doesn't need to get that cold to enjoy a good warm soup.
All the snow looks nice, but I don't think it's worth the cold.

I literally cannot even imagine these kinds of temperatures. Coldest I've ever felt would have been about +10 degrees.

Attached: cold br.png (728x486, 26K)

It’s like 3 quarters white one quarter non white

It gets exponentially more enjoyable as the Hg drops

Post eye

I guess it's not for me. I prefer warm/hot weather.

just a regular narrow eyes

It's awful, bad for breathing and eyelids almost freeze closed when you blink.
But that only happens below -25C or so. -15C is nothing yet.

I prefer mild hot weather.

Bumfuck xDd

Yakutia =/= Russia.

This. Hyperborean gang

How do you dress when there is -40°C outside and you have to go to school ?

pair of these + winter coat, nothing special.

Attached: 1260419827_004.jpg (600x402, 46K)

that doesn't apply as much to us, since you fags get warmer currents up north, and the Hudson Bay causes temperature around it to drop. Ottawa, for example, is below the 50th parallel but still has an average high/low of -5/-14.8°C in January, often dipping below -20°C and occasionally -30°C. Another popular city like Edmonton, probably the most northernly of major Canadian cities, has an average h/l of the exact same degree, since the hudson brings temps down around it. That said, the air is a lot dryer in the prairies, and it really bites your skin more. Compare this to a city at the same latitude as Ottawa, such as Bordeaux, France, which has a january average of 7.1°C. Even Stockholm only has an average of -3°C, and it's much more north than most Canadian cities. Latitude doesn't really mean much when comparing North America to Europe, or even North America to itself.

Attached: janmeanna.jpg (1920x1166, 1.03M)

True for Ontario or Quebec I guess, but coastal BC at least has similarly mild winters as Western Europe

forgot to add, the exception to a lot of this is that the great lakes and the cities that border them, like the GTA, Hamilton and Windsor are insulated from a lot of the climate because of the lake effect, meaning their winters are a lot milder than places only 2-3 hours drive away from the lakes. This kind of adds to the divide between Toronto/sOnt and the rest of Ontario, since they go through completely different winters than the rest of us.
yeah, you can see on the map that the warmer pacific really does raise temperatures, south B.C. is pretty warm and has a much milder climate than the rest of Canada. Might be why two of Canada's largest cities are in the warmest areas

Google Sochi.

Comfy.

Napoleon was retreating when winter hit, and it was just eating away what was left of the French army.
Winter isn't either the reason for why Hitler was losing, they overextended and the resources and logistics couldn't keep up with the size and duration of the operation.
Stop putting all the glory of the Russian armies on winter alone

It's basically spring here. Fuck the current year, when I was a kid there was snow every winter.

>Borodino the deadliest day of the Napoleonic Wars. Napoleon's Grande Armée launched an attack against the Russian army, driving it back from its initial positions but failing to gain a decisive victory.

how do you even get out of your home dude

During my service in northern Finland we spent a week innawoods camping, while it was around -30 - -40c the whole time. One guy lost his toe, because he had a wet sock

Can you even tolerate going outside in this weather? Even with all clothes in the world I don't think I'd take it.

hopefully we get snow next week
this winter has been kind of lame here

Attached: Screenshot_2019-01-17 clima.png (598x99, 5K)

Po valley is a couple degrees warmer than Rhine valley, and here we barely ever get any (let alone in city centres), so good luck with that

Every day is the same shit. It's funny that's it's rarely sunny on summer, although it's still hot as hell.

Sounds fun, where in Russia?

I remember your house
