This is pretty much just a chart of how healthy the countries cuisine is. Japanese eat lots of veggies and seafood, Mexicans and Americans eat handfuls of refried beans and cheese

Refried beans and cheese aren't really bad for you, it's sugar (especially liquid sugar like pop) and processed food.

3 weeks. I was 86kg when I came back.
I missed grill squid so much.

Dunno about them too much, but their pastries was very light. Pineapple cake for example is something that was very pleasant.
The fruit jellies were good as well, especially mango
