In the battlefield - yes, but final agreement was never reached, so technically there is a war going on the border for 25 years, young men die there every now and then, both Armenian and Azeri politicians use Karabakh for their interests and Russia just keeps it's influence based on that conflict. I'm just so tired of all this shit.
