"The uniformity of Finns, created by several centuries of isolation and intermarriage, results in a large set of hereditary disorders. So far researchers have identified 39 such genetic diseases, many of them fatal, that crop up in the unlucky children of unwary carriers."
No. It would be dangerous. Finns are notoriously mentally unstable
Andrew Hill
Isn't it a good thing? If their scientists will work on cultivating these bad genes out won't finns become the healthiest nation out there? Sounds pretty cool if anything. They are in good position for that.
Nolan Bell
yeah no, having foreign genes in will just make the diseases disappear
Henry Martin
That will take 100-200 years, but yeah they are working on it, maybe thats why sometimes we like people from other races
I think Finland has 2 problems, the language is too hard to learn and the winter is too long, so people from other countries dont move there, also idk if its a myth but are finns friendly to other people?
>language is too hard to learn only if you are brainlet_wojak.jpg >and the winter is too long only if you are soy_boy_wojak.jpg
we've got great filters imo

Inbreeding is ba-

do note that in Finland cousin marriages are viewed as not cool
they are however legal but still almost nobody marries his cousin
Nicholas Nguyen
A typical marriage in the countryside is a cousin marriage in terms of hereditary consequences only mutts in Uusima are free of heritage diseases(except Vantaa)
IIRC it's a rock in the middle of Lake Viktoria back when fishing that infamous fish was lucrative
Joshua White
>so people from other countries dont move there language and winter aren't the reasons. finland doesn't have as high wages as oilway, swedistan and germany so skilled workers dont move here
James Walker
Big enough population and no cousin or sister marriages don't really count as such. But something of the sort yes.
