>we're looking for a team player
We're looking for a team player
faggot. stop posting this thread every day.
>We're offering a Junior position that requires 25 years of experience, boomers need not apply.
Here we go again....again
stop putting the same cliches in every job description HR boomer
that chip you got there must weigh a ton. Is it that hard to get a job at Jamba Juice these days?
>It is mostly a matter of wills. Whose will is going to break first? Ours or the enemy's?
-jeb
>we realize you meet all the qualifications, and you have a somewhat impressive resume, but you're just not who were looking for at the moment
2020
>Put literally everything related to my field in my resume
>Lie about work experience
>SORRY, WE CAN NOT INVITE YOU FOR AN INTERVIEW BECAUSE YOU DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS I
>you're perfect for this position and we're ready to offer you a job if you'd like to accept.
>-thats exactly what i would be saying to you if chad hadnt already been given the job
Couldn't take another one of these. Embracing NEETdom. Praying for the bull market
Stop falling so hard for the fucking memes and just get a job you got damned NEET reject
>I'm sorry user, you are overqualified for the job
>set sights high
>work really hard at uni, excellent grades
>apply for high paying jobs in my field
>study hard for the technical job interviews
>get questions mostly right in phone interview
>sorry, you didn't get the job
>wait another year, reapply to them all
>rejected again
>finally accept defeat
>apply for jobs that are far shitter than I'd ever imagined doing and not even related to my field
>get rejected from these too
Tldr I'm not even qualified to clean toilets. Meanwhile if I'd claimed to be transgender I'd be hired by now. And the icing on the cake
>not even eligible for welfare
>We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who can Multitask in a fast paced diverse workplace.
no you need to literally just be confident and be personable in interviews to succeed, emphasise your achievements
nothing changed in my life but my tone and bearing over the phone and i had interviews and opportunities coming out of my ears + broke into a field i have no official qualifications for
Only pays for hours from 9 to 5
>were looking for someone who doesn't have 9 to 5 mentality
Salary work with no overtime
>we're looking for someone who's flexible
I had this happen to me. So fucking annoying.
>what is the minimum amount of pay you are willing to work for?
That has literally never been a question. Why do NEETs try to pretend they're functioning members of society?
We're all larpies here.
NEETs larping as wagies, wagies larping as middle class, etc.
I was literally asked this yesterday for a manufacturing engineer position.
No you weren't
Yes I was.
>what is your desired minimum
Is not that same as
>what is the minimum amount of pay you are willing to work for
Do you not understand that in the big boy world you need to fight for yourself and your salary? Do you think a passive little bitchboy like yourself is going to get paid the same as someone going in to that interview knowing what they're worth?
It's like I can see the victim complex seething in to the rest of your life.
It's true. When I applied for a job at a local cinema they asked me how much I expected to earn an hour.
And like I said how much you are expecting is not the same as them specifically asking how low you will go.
Those are literally the same question. Jesus, you're an insufferable faggot. Utterly BTFO.
They're not the same question you genz retard
Sorry, but we're looking for someone who can handle repetition.
Are you blind? It asked for a minimum.
I literally told the HR cunt who interviewed me that mutlitasking isnt real. I didnt really care about that job desu, was interviewing for sport at that point.
>What is your desired minimum
Do you value yourself at minimum wage? Do you value yourself over the median income for that job? What do you see as your value?
Holy shit you know you're going to have to argue if you want decent salary increases, right?
No-life-experience college genz babbies are the worst, most entitled people I've encountered
>moves goal posts after being btfo
Looks like we caught ourselves an HR roastie.
Better hope you can live off the neet bucks with how bad your autism it
It's been fun kiddos, enjoy your victim complexes
insane HR boomer roast detected
nice digits tho
Sure thing gramps. Keep being right about everything, even on an anonymous kitten scrapbooking club forum where its impossible to lose face.
Keep being unemployed not for lack of trying, loser
Chekd, you're retarded, but chekd
Why are you guys such fags?
> I wanted to get back to you and let you know we've decided to move forward with some other candidates. I'm sorry we won't be going further at this time, but I wanted to thank you for taking the time to talk with myself, boomer, and zoomer. I encourage you to continue learning and working on side projects, and feel free to reapply in the future if you're still interested.
what field?
I'm literally a 30/yo boomer and fighting back job offers rn. My biggest problem is deciding which job I want to take.
Sure thing bubbs
the point is I don't care about your shitty HR mindgames. I'm an autist programmer, give me a job and I'll build stuff. test actual job skills instead of wasting everyone's time with retarded "what would you do if you were a butterfly" type questions. literally everything wrong with the job market
It's like you're just asking to get BTFO'ed again.
Then why haven't you started your own company? Do you even have a business license?
(you)
Kys faggot
When I get a stack of resumes I immediately throw half of them in the trash. I don’t want unlucky people working for me.
Because starting a company is free right, and everyone has time and the knowledge to do all the technical work + all the paperwork and accounting on the side.
Small businesses make up a majority of the employers in the US, don't you think they all faced the same issues? There are guides upon guides upon guides, and acquiring a business license is as easy as filling out a form and paying a fee depending on what state you're in. Seems to be a good alternative if someone is too spergy to handle a hiring process
All these genz excuses
