People like to joke but India will definitely become a superpower. The only thing that could stop this is racial and religious tensions rising. 5 years ago, internet was something only rich or upper middle class people could afford. Now everyone can buy large data packages for a couple of rupees. I expect people to actually move from first world to third world if they're looking to make money and can tolerate the lower standards of living.
