what? most jobs, in all countries, have lunch breaks?

i saw some brits having their "lunch break" eatin take-aways in back alleys, absolutelly disgusting, some were even standing up
do anglos have 0 respect for lunch time? i bet they even have their lunch break at the work premises like the germans

Isn't that dangerous, what with all the lead?

In germany we have usually a break between 30-45 min its fucking shit you have no time to eat probably

in spain and italy the "siesta" time is mostly to eat lunch with family, not to actually take a nap. also we have "sobremesa" = after we finish the meal we spend a long time talking and having coffee or dessert
in china they have a similar break between morning and the afternoon

>siesta
Wtf. I thought this was a thing that spics did? Oh no hahahahahahahah. You mean they got it from you!?

In this country sometimes people are busy and have to work through lunch, meaning they rush their food. Also builders eat outside a lot for obvious reasons

Do you guys have 0 people from actual spain?

we stopped using a kettle ages ago, we have this machine that heats up our water and keeps it hot sort of like a samovar. doesn't everyone have that?

I don't know. I haven't left my home town in years.

no not really.

You've posted this before and I've explained this to you before you idiot, why are you carrying out a disinfo campaign on Jow Forums? We do have lunchtimes

it comes from latin "sexta hora" (sixth hour) so yeah its been a tradition for many centuries before america was even known to exist
ah, here construction workers and that kind of jobs tend to carry sandviches to work, physical jobs like that require a lot of eating desu. also resting 20-30 minutes after lunch, even if you dont actually sleep, is proven to be very healthy, theres a reason we have one of the highest life expectancies in earth
i cant imagine having to work right after lunch inmediatelly

You can have these installed in our houses now, they're pretty cool but not many people use them because the water they keep in it isn't actually boiling, just hot. No good for making tea. Also very expensive compared to a kettle

I work through lunch because I have shit to do, that's what happens when your job matters.

Being a waiter doesn't count.

lol passive aggressive cunt, just be honest if you want to insult me instead of beating around the bush
