Why do they plunder milk powder and other shit from Australia? Because the shit they produce is toxic. Hell, most of their food is contaminated with one thing or another.

doesn't mean America should underestimate China but they definitely are not Japan tier or anything in terms of development or threat to industry.
I'd argue that in the 70-80s Japan had a better chance to upset American corporate dominance than China does now, but obviously they failed because like a champion marathon runner the USA ALWAYS has that extra bit of reserve energy to boost ahead.
