Do people these threads in the hope that there are bots that parse them and act on the data? Or they just hope idiots believe them without checking? (How would that work in any of those cases though? For bots this kind of sentiment analysis or whatever would be more complicated and retarded than just going from the chart data, and for actual people, even if that could cause them to panic and want to sell, they would still see the true value when they actually go on whatever exchange they are to sell.)
Yet these threads are a constant. Do they have a purpose or are they empty bait?
