Are you obese or malnourished...

I myself am overweight by around 30 pounds

I was 110 pounds overweight, took me half a year to loose all that fat. Only regret I have is I haven't done it sooner :) Couldn't run half a mile for my life, now I do 3-5 mile runs. Life is good.

Impressive
I actually like myself a little fuller and don't look all too fat since I'm tall but the surplus weight makes me feel drowsy

Get rid of it. Count calories. It‘s easier than it seems.

I'm 132 kg - 189 cm so yes I'm fat.
But I have a job, friends and keep my self in pretty acceptable condition. I shower every morning, I eat pretty healthy but too much and too often.
I had a doctors appointment last month and everything was in order, perfect health.

Nigga there's no way you eat healthy if you weigh 132kg at 189cm. Just lose the weight you absolute pig

Nah I don't want to lose on my current weight, I'd even like to gain some more I just don't want it to damage my health and I'm too lazy to start going to the gym to replace it with actual gains

I hate junk food. I eat fish, chicken and quality meat.
I don't drink soda, I don't eat snacks other than popcorn sometimes.
You can get fat on pretty much anything though if you eat enough.

Weighing that much isn't good for you in the long run. You should lose weight

Healthy foods aren't all that compatible with weight loss btw you sound big but I can conceive it doesn't look all that extreme, big bonedness is an actual thing and not only an excuse for fat people to feel better about themselves, I know because I refuse to lose any of my excess weight and just look straightforward creepy and bony as soon as I get to a ''healthy'' weight

I don't need to live until I'm 120, I'm fine as is.

>I'm fine as is
This is called a copeing mechanism. You're a fat fuck and you'll probably die from a heart attack in your 50's, that's if your joints even manage to handle the massive pressure from your piggish body until then

75kg at 185cm
bit underweight, I used to weigh 85 when I ate properly and trained

>if you eat enough

Gained 2kg in the last 7 days
Disturbing ... But at least I lift regularly so not everything is fat

Do you workout your forearms though? I have the same problem that they look a bit thinner relative to the rest of the arm.

Maybe it comes with age (forearm - the dad muscle). Im 21 so there's still time to get it buffed

6 feet 70kg
would like to lose 3 or 4 kg

no
all I do (not regularly enough tho) are pushups, pullups and squats
>21 so there's still time to get it buffed
there are people that work out at 70

Not him
But my forearms grew when I incorporated deadlifts, db shrugs and hammer curls into my routine

188 66 kg I need to eat and work out but I hate having to force myself to eat properly

Ya boi but the sooner the better, younger you are faster this shit goes. How old are you?

>hammer curls
I didn't even know of this, thanks bro

yeah you're right
I'm 19

i stopped working out and gained 12kg of mostly fat since i started going to college. i wanna throw up when i see myself without a shirt.

No.

I was 110 kg x 186 cm at 17
I'm 21 now and weigh 70kg, feel much better

171 cm, 56 kg. I feel healthy and I don't neglect my hygiene, but I indeed don't exercise regularly.
