How tall are you and how tall do you feel in your country?
5'11" (180cm for commies), pretty tall for a Mexican but only above average for white people.

I'm below average, also I was called "shortie" when I was a kid quite often, even by my friends.
5'6", 168cm
I feel quite below the average for height but I don't mind
5'10" (178/9cm), white (inb4 mutt), feel fine about it here but feel short af at school in the UK
167cm
it used to make me really depressed cared until i got a long term gf
5'10, no one ever called me short or tall. Below average for a white guy here
Seems perfectly average for an italian.
184cm (6'? 6'1"?).
Feel really tall for an Asian, especially for a Thai but I feel only slightly tall when around young white guys at my university; get called tall often by other people but I'm nothing exceptional. I feel like legit, stand-out tall starts at 190cm (6'3").
5'10" is actually dead on average for young white guys according to the CDC.
Isn't 6' very tall in Japan? Seeing over 99% people on the metro must be a good feeling.
i was the only one over 6'feet (-1cm) in my class for example
When you say (-1cm) do you mean you're 1cm below 6ft?
yep, so it's actually like 182cm ?
I'm 5'5.
I'm usually the shortest guy in the room, even among women.
185 cm, normal
187cm
I feel pretty average.
175cm
Average.
Yeah that would technically be about 5'11.6" but most Americans would say 6ft.
just wanted to say i'm 6' feet, sorry for the jactitation
185 cm, I don't know how much is that in Burger units 6' 1/2" or 6' 1"?. Above average in my country
Belgian on study abroad, something like 183cm-184cm (slightly above 6ft for lard people).
Slightly above average among young Belgian guys but I actually feel pretty tall in America.
162cm (5'3'')
plz pat my head
175cm
its average according to survey but i feel like i'm a king of manlets
t. lorenzo insigne
Finally, someone shorter than me.
183cm or 6 feet
Pretty average maybe a bit short
>I was called "shortie" when I was a kid
So you were always short?.
At what age did you stop growing?
No bully
I'm 5'8" 174cm and Italian friends called me normal height or even tall for southern Italy. You're either from northern Italy or people just hated you.
Aren't Korean women absolute batshit about guys being 180cm?
cute
5'3/160cm
Gonna be honest, most women I've seen are about as tall as me if not an inch or two taller. Some of the Mexican males here are as short as me too.
Yes, I was. In elementary and middle school I was the shortest male, I grew up with quite a slow pace and stopped around at 21yo.
I'm from northern Italy and my ancestors were too, shorter men usually come from the south
>162cm (5'3'')
same as me :3
>stopped around at 21yo
oh god
I was average for a croat male in elementary and somewhat in middle school
Then I stopped at the age of 13-14 at 174. Those who were my height back then are all around 185 now.
You're quite lucky as an Italian from my perspective.
185cm
I feel breddy smol
185 cm (6'1"~ in freedom units)
My fiancee is 155cm (5'1"~) she's super short in America (my home) and I'm super tall in india (her family's home) pic is us being autistic weebs at comicon
187cm
feels short
183cm
6feet
193cm, was average in high school
181
weirdly everyone seems to be either 3cm shorter
although there’s a smattering of lanks here and there
fuck adderall I was on par with my 6”5 cousins until I was prescribed it
171 cm, I feel cute
this
185cm (6'1 for burgers), I feel like a giant in my manlet country
Seems like the Finnish male height average has gone up a bunch even in the past 10-20 years or so, when I was a kid 180cm was considered a little tall but now when I'm an adult I feel below average even amongst junior high kids at my workplace.
>pretty tall for a Mexican
maybe for chicanos, I live in the south, also 1.80m I feel "just tall", most zoomers are around my height
*pat pat*
Not really
>anecdotes
180cm
above average in my cunt and it feels great
I was in the Netherlands for 10 days and I wanted to kill myself
How Asians play basketball in the school? My school had baskets at athlete level and even me at 1.75 could not reach the 3 meters high jump needed. Now I am 1.87 and still can't jump that. Never understood why make the basket at that level when no one could reach it in the school.
South Italians are short while northern are y'all as fuck, right?
175 cm
feels average man
>older brother is 6’1 (185.5 cm)
>dad is 5’9 (175 cm)
>I’m 5’7 (170 cm)
What a fuck. What is normal size of Indian women?
Yeah read a study that showed that young Southerners were like 174cm while young northerners were around 177cm. Northern Italians aren't that tall but they're pretty similar to other western Europeans.
204 cm
Feels ok i guess
Really? When I was in Mexico city I felt like only 1 in 10 young guys were around my height or taller.
Cute
Nice digits
>father at 1.88
>Half-brother at 1.94
> Me: only 1.85
Being the smallest at a family of Giants is suffering.
I've seen hundreds of middle/high school kids in the past 10 years thanks to work and there are way more 180+cm boys in their teens than when I was a teen myself.
Can't speak for Japan but in Thailand the baskets are usually lower than in the West since the average young Thai guy is like 169-170cm.
155cm to 160cm iirc. She's low end of bellcurve for height there but much more noticible in freedomland
well, you know, there has been some years since I travel there, but I remember I felt even more tall being there. I live in the central zone of Veracruz, and we have a decent amount of nigger blood, maybe that could make us slightly taller
That makes sense, there are a lot of mestizos and indigenous in Mexico city. Around Mexican castizos/whites I feel "just tall". One thing I noticed is that standard deviation is a lot lower than in the US; I saw alot of guys who were like 178cm to 181cm but men over that range become increasingly rare.
Whoops edit she corrected me, I was thinking indian male average height. Female average is actually around 152 so she's technically taller than average over there.
I'm 180ish and I live in Sardinia, the average male height here is like 172 (prolly the shortest Italians by far), but I see plenty of teens much taller than me even though they're pure Sardinians
Back when I lived in Ukraine I was among the shortest in my class tho, there were plenty of dudes reaching almost 190cm (6'25ft) in height even back in 7th grade. There were some girls quite
taller than me too
So, this was some engineer mistake. Bunch of idiots. Well, to be fair, having anything more than a saloon football court is rare in Brazil. Our physical education is very deficient. Only the best schools afford more than throw a ball to the boys and some chess. Almost none public have resources .
6'6"/198cm
I tower 99%+ of people I meet by a significant margin. Went to the Netherlands last year expecting to feel more normal but I still towered almost everyone per usual lol.
It's significantly above average and a pain in the ass. Clothes never fit, no legroom, and I'm probably going to get back pain and die early. I'd kill to be like 6'0" to 6'2", you're tall but still "normal" and can live comfortably.
169cm, I'm on the shorter side, though I'm not bothered by it.
5’9/176.5cm, last I measured at least. I stopped caring a good time ago, but I am sure as shit not going to the Netherlands/Scandinavia anytime soon. Have pretty big shoes though funnily enough.
Please give me 4 of your inches
183, I feel short whenever I'm in the city. Kids are fucking tall, even the girls. Only old people, asian tourists and third world immigrants tend to be shorter.
>I noticed is that standard deviation is a lot lower than in the US
yes, that's for sure is just that going out the street and not feeling that much tall while being a 1.80m tall has always make me feel like the perception of that difference is exaggerated
About 182 cm
Don't really feel tall
Adderall makes you lose height?
173cm
feel as average as possible. only feel short when at the university or at a party, since people at these places tend to be richer, whiter and consequentially taller.
Is your height an advantage when it comes to feeling dominant and attracting women?
Somewhat, particularly with taller girls. Short girls are almost always a no-go though. In terms of physical attractiveness my height and body is the only thing going for me (weak chin, receding hairline, asymmetrical face) and I've literally had girls tell me that they only fucked me because of my height lol.
Asian genes makes me 5'6"
Yeah it's not that young Mexicans and chicanos are a lot shorter than gringos, it's just uncommon to find a Mexican 6' and over and one 5'4" or shorter whereas gringos have a wider range of heights.
OH NO NO NO
What's the average there? Would a 184 cm guy stand out a lot?
I think it's around 152 cm and yes, you'll be a giamt here
5'9 but my father is 6'3
I would be this fucking height if I didn't stunt my growth or if my fucking parents fed me properly.
I was only breastfed once also.
Fucking hate my parents, even my female family members are as tall as me.
173 cm
but i was the tallest man in my class
>mixing decimals and imperial system
It would be 5'11⅔"
162cm. I fucking hate this shit. I'm even scared of moving to a first world country (where people are 1.80+ on average) and getting bullied to death, or not being able to get a job just because I'm short.
To make things worse, I love tall girls, but tall girls don't like short guys :(
I'm 167 cm/ 5'6". I wish I was at least 175 cm/ 5'9". I go through periods of really hating my height to not caring.
I've heard that tall girls actually care less about a guy's height since they themselves often suffer reverse stigmas about their own heights. I don't know how true this is, though.
This but I'm 5'7 (170cm).
