Buy crypto or you only buy when it's high like the rest of the pajeets?
Josiah Cox
Diversified out of crypto since unscrupulous greed fucked it’s face. Looking for something turnkey businesses and potential gains off 100k
Blake Phillips
>dry cleaning Haha I was just about to meme laundromats. Car washes also seem like a popular entry-level type business.
Brody Turner
Any insights on what revenues and net profits typically are? How much do they go for relative to their revenue?
Daniel Gomez
Wise user, I too diversified and took some of my profits and am now going to start a small buisness. Applying for EU grants around next month.
Crypto is never supposed to take you to the moon, it's the booster rocket that takes you past the hardest point of gathering enough capital to do anything meaningful, then the booster rocket ditches.
Anyone who has not taken at least 40% of their profit out of crypto and invested it in conventional buisness opportunities is playing a game that is too risky to be logical.
I’ve thrown it into REITS yielding 5%. (Realty Income Corp.) stock symbol O. It’s not great but gives steady income. I really want to buy a turnkey business and grow it from there with at least a 10% refurn. Risk is not something I care about too much since I’ve been in the crypto scene.

zzzz. Crypto is a spaceship and you are impatient.
Dylan Lee
Buying a company seems risky to me though, I've been reading about laws etc and there is so much you need to consider when running a company/creating one.
I'll check out the stock. I got a few decent ones you might want to check out. Micron Waste Technologies is what I am currently looking at. Also looking to invest in synthetic meat companies.
I would not recommend real estate at least not in the current market.
Brody Gonzalez
Ive been in the space since 2013. It was supposed to be the future till the infighting changed my opinions of its fundamentals. It was more of a thermal nuclear missile than a spaceship. Managing risk is the keystone to successful investing
Ayden Taylor
> not recommending real estate I agree with this, but it won’t hurt to assemble some partnerships waiting for the caps to go up. Coming in with a group net worth of about 800k-1M should give our group some options on the event of a recession.
>lab grown meat I really hope they can produce this shit on an industrial scale cheaper than farming the shit out of it. What companies are you looking at?
Juan Parker
Yeah I agree that's a smart choice, I'm personally looking into real estate in less developed countries. Since I believe that is a wiser choice for people with smaller net worth and has a higher chance of high return of investment rates.
Not really planning on buying or anything, just keeping an eye on it. Been looking into countries specifically like Malaysia which have a 0% capital tax. Meaning rent and cryptocurreny gains are not taxed whatsoever there.
I have not found any good ones as of yet, still researching other sectors atm. Add me on discord and I'll hit you up with any companies that I deem promising once I get there.
Henry Martin
Pls hmu with anything you could tell me about synthetic meat. I'm thinking of investing in Tyson stock, but more than anything I want to directly invest in this.
This is the real moon mission
Asher Allen
>Tyson stock I'm not going to invest in a large established company with decades of history. I'm looking for small companies that do nothing but research production of synthetic meat. That's where the real goldmine lays imo. Like you say directly invest in this.
Not gonna spoon-feed you either. I'll leave you with this interesting topic that I have on my list to research.
Would synthetic meat be considered kosher? I think it would, although that will ultimately be up to the rabbis to decide. A Israeli company researching synthetic meat seems to promising to me from a glimpse but as I said before I've not done all my research yet, currently looking at cannabis related companies since I believe that to eventually surpass or equal the alcohol market.
William Sullivan
What are the implications of holding real estate in Malaysia? How deeply have you researched this? What potential cap rates do you estimate? As of now I can find some apartment buildings listed for ~550k netting 75k/year

You can get some good gains if you own a fruit and vege shop. Depending on where you live I suppose though. My mate bought one recently for $100k after the previous tenant went bankrupt because they bought lambos before they paid taxes and bills. It is grossing about 50-70k a week, of which about 5-10k is going into his pocket.
Kayden Foster
Holy Jesus, his supply chain management must be top notch. Is it out of a brick and mortar store?
Jaxon Stewart
>people dissing on real estate You guys realize people will always need a place to live right? Real estate even now is a great investment if you know what you're doing and in the right areas. I have a few apartments that only cost me 500-700 with expenses a month and my positive cash flow is around 300-400 not to mention my equity
Kevin Hernandez
This. Location is so critical now. Everyone is too focused on already saturated markets. My shithole state in the desert is full of numerous sub $100k properties that are so easy to flip into positive cash-flow.
