OP is based and breadpilled.

I make bread all the time. I even worked in a bakery for a while. That was kind of terrible because I had to start work at 2 am but making bread at home is great stuff.

God I wish they sold kvas near me

>falling for the wheatjew

Yes. I bake it in oven using metal forms. I've made plenty of dough and put in in refrigerator so whenever I need to make bread I just take some dough and bake it.
That's cool. I can only bake cubes

Wheat is the origin of civilization. Of not wheat you would still eat bananas in jungle

I also make kvas and mead myself
Making kvas is easy, you need just rye bread, yeast, sugar and rasins

Low carb

>eating carbs
nah I'm good

In Japan, many Home bakeries are sold
And we can make bread easily if we use Home bakeries

The thing i hate about first worlders the most
If there ia a thread about food it is exlected that people will discuss taste, cooking etc

But then firsties come and talk about carbs huyarbs
Nigga i never face this kind of shit in daily life

Brazilians eat bananas in their jungles. After all they are uncivilized monkeys.

Learn how to spell in propper english, Ivan.

The Japanese put sugar in bread. That's worse than microwaved water.

Bread is a beautiful and wonderful food. A crusty white bread with same butter and jam is so good. I made bread almost every day for a for a few weeks. It's delicious, and extremely cheap. But I was gonna get fat if I kept making bread everyday so I quit and now I eat more vegetables.

based and breadpilled

What's wrong with carbs? Stop watching Varg.

Because bread only gives you useless calories that turn you fat

Japanese don't have black bread
I've walked in all bakeries I seen but there were no black bread

That looks just like the bread i used to make with my bread maker. It tasted amazing. Literally the softest, tastiest, most perfect bread I've ever had.

Dumb meme. I eat bread every day and still 180/59.

I'm losing weight man. As son as im at a healthy state, I'll get right back on the baking again.
I usually make Släta bullar. Pic related is what it is.

Sugar put in bread, and the flavor of breads become good
And the breads that sugar put in more rises than ones that sugar doesn't put in

Don't worry they will get their comeuppance when they get hypothyroid after a few years of low-carb and feel tired and depressed all the time.

I have never been fat in my life

You don't need to cut carbs to loose weight. Just eat less. It's all about calorie in take

moi bulki ochen korosho

Good for you
Dude finnanon. I've been doing research for a while and carbs are just unessesary in your diet. They make glucose which if you didn't already know, is sugar. Your body will try and run on the sugar instead of your existing fat. If you exclude any glucose, your body will go back to consuming your fat.
Don't try and convince me since this is the best progress I've had ever.

мoлoдeц

I love this
I have bought several cans of strong zero and several packs of this bread and drank and ate it all in a park at night

>you need just rye bread
It is not very easy to find rye bread here. I have never found any "rye" bread that did not have normal wheat flour as the first ingredient. In most countries I think there is a requirement that to call something rye bread it must be mostly rye flour, but in the US if anything the requirement is like 20%. Usually there is spices in the bread, (caraway I think) and that's the taste people associate with rye bread.

I wanted to make some kvass so I bought rye flour to make my own bread. On the first try the bread came out concave lol.

I tried low-carb for about a year and I got diagnosed with hypothyroid. Getting that treated, along with reintroducing carbs in the form of fruit, bread, and sugar has finally made me feel alive again.

now that I work a desk job I have to be careful with what I eat or I get fat quickly. being sedentary is shit

Jews wtf are you sure it's because of the diet?

In Japan, it is a little hard to Rye grow
Part of Japan for example in Hokkaido, Rye can be grown
But that is not liked by Japanese, so only Rye plant is used in Japan for feed of livestock
When make Rye bread, Rye which was exported is used
(Canada an German)

外のスレで会ったのは初めてかもしれないw

Also they use stuff like molasses and coffee to make the bread dark

I'm not certain but I've read accounts of people going through similar things when attempting low-carb. It did help me lose weight so I don't think it's all bad, but I'm also losing weight now just by minimizing caloric intake and having fruit make up a significant portion of my diet.

贅沢搾りくれ

日本に住めば、もう要らないってくらい買えるよw

Aight, I'll look I to it. I saw something about decreased thyroid hormones. The last thing I want to do is to harm my body any more.

Yeah I would stay away from diets that are too extreme one way or another, a lot of them are just marketing fads. Definitely avoid processed foods and food fried in vegetable oil though.

whats varg?

贅沢搾りほしいな

How does one go about making their own bread?
I enjoy making my own foods over buying and Im tired of American "bread".

I fry all my food in butter, is that bad?

Varg eat baguettes and recommends people get day-old bread from their local bakers so they can save money.

I don't think butter is bad. Ray Peat says butter, coconut oil, and olive oil are all fine. Some people say he's a quack, but I don't think so.

Chinks eat nothing but rice and they don't have a obesity problem. Why is that I wonder

stop buying sandwich bread and buy real bread. that is the first step. that may be good enough.

>All these ryelets who have to eat corn syrup bread because they cant get BIG BLACK BREAD from their local store.
Lmaoing at you're lives

Alright dude. Jeez I don't miss counting calories. Last time I did it, I lost 10kg, but It was too annoying so I just became lazy and forgot to do it. New try I guess.
Portion control. I'm not saying carbs make you fat dudee, I was saying excluding them will help you lose weight.

every one of them eats the same food? fascinating.

I always have black bread at home
クリームですね
僕はクリームがどうでもいいよ

Counting calories is your best bet really. If you want to lose weight you have to accept the fact that you're going to be hungry pretty often. If there's anything I would recommend it's eating a serving or two of fruit every day. My libido, sociability, and energy levels have improved so much since I started doing that.

Are you guys sharing bread recipes?

Shiet. I dont like fruit though :/. Do you think berry smoothies are alright?

bread is bad for you no matter how its made, and making your own forces you to eat a lot of it

Yeah I think so. I've started drinking fruit smoothies a lot lately. My go to right now is frozen strawberries, mangoes, and blueberries blended with strawberry yogurt. Do you not like fruit in general, or is there one specific kind of fruit you don't like?

Fruit in general. I don't know why really. I have no problem with them if they're in other dishes, but eating them raw just doesn't work out.
The only fruit I kinda like is pear and I'm allergic to it.

>breads that sugar put in more rises than ones that doesn't put in

Potatoes only have 75kcl/100g and it's filling

クリームというより、フワフワのチーズケーキみたいな風味の蒸しパンって感じ
No desu

Why are americans such nosy snooty morons?

wtf cunt, no it doesn't. the sugar is to feed the yeast, yes, but if you put so much in that the bread is sweet then the yeast isn't using, is it?

i thought u lads do it because bread is more like a desert or treat.

Tried, tastes like shit. Potatoes, pasta, rice. Lower glycemic index.

thanks for bumping this thread here is your you

Sugar is feed of yeast.
So sugar put in bread, and bread rises more easily.
But too much sugar weake work of yeast.
Therefore when making sweetened bun, I use yeast of glucose tolerance.

I do but it's roti not western bread

There is no corn syrup in russian bread

Look up what a banana republic means, kouhai

White bread is shit compared to rye bread.

it's like 1$ at the Jewel Bakery

I usually just get cheap ass walmart bread like pic related ($0.70-$1.00), no corn syrup shit in it and is better than most of the other breads at a grocery store. I want to start making my own bread and kefir once i graduate from college and have a job though

Looks not bad actually

That weird shine on it is kinda suspicious. Is it really chewy like a badly cooked steak?

yeah, it is a bit chewy

Or MakeItYourself™

Damn that sounds so nice

Lol true but I've met a nip woman that had black bread in her bar in Golden Gai, Tokyo. Even their white bread is strange like if they're still learning how to do it

haha it looks like a butt

Doing a Sunday bread by hand is tradition here but for daily use it's too much of a hassle and goes stale too fast.

I do make bread in a bread maker a couple of times a year.
