What are the climate types in your country according to Köppen?

~90% subarctic here

Based Finn. Viewing Koppen climate maps are a hobby for me, Glad to see you are also a man of taste.

As you can see from my map, Canada is mostly Subarctic too but it has huge stretches of humid continental climate land. And then in the west it has a super temperate oceanic climate similar to England or the Netherlands. By Super temperate I mean winter time temperatures are 3C+ and rarely drop below 0C.

I am the children of Immigrants however, both my Mother and Father are not Native to Canada. Here is the koppen climate of my mothers Native Country(Boland). I have Polish Citizenship through descent so technically I am a citizen of Poland too and could go live there If I wanted.

Very diverse and interesting. I wonder what cold semi-arid is like

The USA has imo the best diversity climates. America has every single type of climate on Earth within it's borders. Any climate you could think off from Hot Mediterranean(Los Angeles, San Diego), Warm Meditterenean(San Fransisco, Portland), Oceanic(Seattle), Tropic(Miami), Subtropical(Alabama), Subarctic(Colorado, Alaska) etc.

You could experience pretty much every climate available on earth within Americas borders.

>tfw hot summer humid continental

What's wrong with it? Too hot and humid in the summer or too cold in the winter?

Attached: Koppen climate types of Russia.png (1280x1024, 462K)

>tfw the only part of Russia I would want to live in is filled with muslim Caucasians like Chechens

Almost all of them

Imagine being a boring Anglo lol. Even their climate is boring.

Are you stupid?

Attached: Caucasus.png (1600x1144, 1.43M)

too hot and humid in the summer, feels like 90F - 105F with the humidity for some days and is just shitty. I like the cold and never really get bothered by it

We're into diversity!

Spain is one of the coolest and chillest country climate wise. In the North you have cool but ridiculously temperate(never drops below 8C) rainy oceanic climate. In the south you have a full blown Mediterranean paradise climate.

Attached: Spain.png (2000x2471, 610K)

Pretty similar here.

Both NZ and UK are climatelets with only four Koppen climate zones, only one in the lowlands.

Last map was for ants.

>humid continental climate land

you mean american land?

Attached: 800px-Indonesia_map_of_Köppen_climate_classification.svg.png (800x383, 68K)

What an awful climate selection. Indonesia is way larger than New Zealand, but has less climate variation.

Is there any other nation with such a wonderful climate pallet in such a compact area?

Attached: 765px-Norway_Köppen.svg.png (765x1197, 268K)

That map looks awesome

Coastal norway has a great climate despite the rain

Boring, maybe, but oceanic is the most based climate.

How high are the mountain ranges in NZ, particularly on South Island?

Our highest mountain is 3724 metres.

Rain is awesome. I wish I lived somewhere that rained much more, but the rainy parts of NZ are almost uninhabited, so no work.

Aoraki/Mount Cook is the 39th most prominent mountain in the world.

That's weird, dude. I thought all oceanic climates came with frequent rains.

Where I live has frequent rain (over 1000 mm), but over 2000 mm of precipitation sounds cool. I wish I had snowfall as well.

>his "country" doesn't have all the liveable climate types
>no four seasons in his "country"
>his "country" has shit climates like desert, tundra and jungle

Attached: turkey-climate.png (1600x1100, 546K)

Over 2000 might be impractical, so maybe over 1500 mm would be neat?

Summer in Turkey is a hell desu. It feels like your skin is burning and boiling in the same time

500mm here but very inconsistent. Sometimes it drizzles for days non stop, sometimes it's dry for weeks. 4 pronounced summer droughts in a row now, last year being the worst

Turkey is not just Antalya desu.
I usually spend my summer in black sea coasts and it's pretty chill with lots of rain.

yeah it was pretty warm today. managed to get up to 33 and its humid as fuck on the east coast.

expected more diversity in certain parts

>think that if the specified rus, then there are no Muslims at all

That doesn't look very liveable, truth be told

If you don't have at least one area with Tundra climate your country is not white

Monsoon mostly

40% mediterranean
40% continental
20% alpine

canadians are anglos

*raughs*

EVERY TIME

More stable climate all across the country is better than extreme inconsistent climate. Easier to go around the country when you don't have to make sure your clothes are suited for that region.

Yellow and green = Whites
Blue, orange and red = Subhumans

I live in Am (South Mumbai and the western coast of India which includes Kerala and Goa)

Attached: 800px-India_map_of_Köppen_climate_classification.svg.png (800x472, 105K)

I think it's the same for India as well. Also why we have so much of biodiversity.
From snow leopards in the North to Tigers and Elephants in the South and East. From Lions in the west to Rhinos and red pandas in the North East. We also used to have Cheetahs but they were hunted to extinction during the colonial period.

Why did Jews choose Palestine and not Prussia for example

me in the light blue

Wonder how many live there. At least 1/3 I'd assume

Attached: finland population distribution.png (800x1392, 67K)

Almost 1/3 of Finns live in Helsingin seutu alone

I go 100 miles west and i'm in rainforest, 100 miles east and in desert, 50 miles north and in alpine mountains, 50 miles south and i'm in the steppes.
