no
I eat nothing but corn in the late july - early august.
No, we like corn on the cob, corn bread and corn salad among others.
its for animals
Yes, they hate corn
Corn has limited use in our cuisine. Most corn we grow is for animal feed.
False but we prefer wheat.
It's the same way here. While we do probably eat more corn than other countries (even if you discount HFCS), most of it is grown to feed beef cattle.
non mutts just don't like corn syrup
>most of it is grown to feed beef cattle.
So Americans are beef?
Only the chickens and beast from the countryside eat corn.
Many probably outweigh a cow.
Cattle for the jews
Only plebs dislike the sacred crop, origin of mankind. You should try it boiled or grilled, then spread mayo on it and sprinkle cheese
Aztecs used to spill children blood to irrigate corn so yes, they are kind of cool
What about rice? Do Euros eat it often? And beef? Beans? Bananas? Watermelons?
don't insult cows like that
Reminder that you can only consume Maize and Potato if you look like pic related
>What about rice? Do Euros eat it often?
i do
>And beef? Beans? Bananas? Watermelons?
yes except for beans, I don't like them
I like it.
I eat all of it. Beans only canned though.
Rice, beans, beef and banana often. Watermelons only during summer
Do you have beans in this style? Or only canned shit?
We have dried beans, lentils, chickpeas etc. They're better but you have to let them in the water for a long time (except lentils)
I hate it unless it's popcorn
We have it. Soup with beans is pretty popular.
All of that is highly consumed in Spain.
The Indians used to call it tennis
I have to go to a speciality store to get dry beans. fuck that shit
Yes, but personally I can't stand them, only green ones
Black beans are delicious. Your opinion is incorrect.
I don't eat beans at all, not even canned ones.
Toпчик
this
based beans, amerilards only know canned ones, here we slave our grandmothers to cook them fresh from our own backyard
Per capita corn consumption by country
Corn is a new world thing dude
> million bushels
Clearly not per capita
its more striking this way
Isn't that country's consumption (including cattle fodder) divided by population?
I really doubt there's any oher country that eats it more than us. Like not even Peru, which you'd expect to due to their Native American culinary heritage, since they eat more potatoes and fish.
Corn is not that common in Peru, they eat potatoes an other root vegetables
>he doesn't eat at least 500 million bushels annually
No, you're right, that's total consumption, not per capita sorry. Here's production by country
I looked it up
Mexico eats by far the most per person in grams per day on average in the Americas at 267g followed by Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Paraguay, and Colombia, in order.
But, Lesotho and Malawi eat more per capita than Mexico at 328g and 293g per day per per person on average.
At 181g Bosnia and Herzegovina eats the most in Europe.
wtf do you think i put in my taco?
>CTRL+F
>no polenta, no mamaliga
We probably got this from you.
Yep, menudo as well.
This is the most Jow Forums experience I had in years.
>Lesotho and Malawi eat more per capita than Mexico
