I really doubt there's any oher country that eats it more than us. Like not even Peru, which you'd expect to due to their Native American culinary heritage, since they eat more potatoes and fish.

Mexico eats by far the most per person in grams per day on average in the Americas at 267g followed by Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Paraguay, and Colombia, in order.
But, Lesotho and Malawi eat more per capita than Mexico at 328g and 293g per day per per person on average.
At 181g Bosnia and Herzegovina eats the most in Europe.
