But I like eggplant and eggplant bread spreads.
My favourite one is a polish one with sunflower seeds, sesamy, roasted eggplant and dried tomatoes.
I put the spread on a ciabatta or garlic bun, than put on some ham or kindziuk and than cheese and tomatoes, olives or cucumbers.
It's yum.
