Is housing affordable in your country?

In Israel it's crazy.
Every shitty apartment costs millions of Shekels.
Look at this beautiful apartment in San Diego:

realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/700-W-E-St-Unit-301_San-Diego_CA_92101_M12201-25034?view=qv

It costs $369,000 which is 1,356,714 Shekels.
I would die to live in that apartment but in here for that money you can't buy anything in here you will get a shitty old apartment if anything.
New apartments cost 3 million shekels and above.
I wish I lived in the USA instead of here where housing is actually affordable.

outside the big cities, yes. i assume that's the case in israel too.

Only in the capital region

Its affordable if you make at least 100k a year or livr in an area with no jobs.

Depends on location and what your looking for. You can find anything in your price range here. Give a israel real estate selling site. I wanna check it out.

no, only reason I'll have a place of my own is because my parents sold their holiday beach home during the housing boom to help pay for my sister and i to get our toes into the housing market without going into severe debt

Is expensive

What the hell is wrong with you. You invade the land and steal the houses of the Palestinians. And you still complain about prices, go and kill a Palestinian you're a murderer anyway.
You fuckin Jew

I find it really insane for you guys. You have land comming out of your arses but it costs a shitton.

>tfw my parents managed to pay their mortage in 5 years in 3rd largest town
You need at least 20 for that dump these days. How did it get like this

Attached: 2cee180b.jpg (492x350, 31K)

>20
What kind of a dump are you talking about?

You won't understand anything.

These kinds of houses

Attached: rintamamiestalo-92ef9c5cec1ab0bd-large.jpg (1620x1080, 503K)

no, the cost of rent here is a minimum wage

Chink Jews and regular Jews fucked up the housing in London by buying fucking everything up and pushing costs way up. Not affordable at all. Most younger people in London live with two or three others.

Not at all, I wouldn't be able to buy my parents house, they just got an offer for 1.5 million burger dollars, I'd have to rob a fucking bank to afford that

Tell me where it is affordable

My apartment is 150k is nice enough, it's not hard to find a decent price here.

Vancouver is pretty bad but you can still live there if you're not retard with money.

Thats lucky man, I feel like that if any of us in the future want to live like our parents 30-45 minutes from the city and be able to maintain a proper job we need some sort of assistance from our parents. Obviously you could do it but you'd have to start out far and hustle for a long time, its not even worth living in Australia at that point.

Costs 1millilon for a house and median wage is 52,000

It can range from the obscene

Attached: Screenshot_20190129-055855.png (1440x2560, 2.39M)

To normal

Attached: Screenshot_20190129-060138.png (1440x2560, 1.64M)

Get a career that pays a high salary. You don't deserve to live in a nice expensive place if the only thing you're capable of is working a peasant job that pays a shit salary.

Here it depends on the area. Rural or semi-rural areas seem to be a bit more affordable, but places like downtown New York are insanely expensive.

bullshit, $250k gets you a flat in Ramat Gan

$150k gets you a flat in Haifa

fuck off shlomo

>millions of Shekels
That sounds funny for some reason

We don't even have strict planning laws either. Houses are getting built all the time.

yes , only 4872347982472478923 shekels for a tuna can sized apartment

>jews complain about inflated prices
oh why is this so funny

US also had a much lower cost of living and much higher quality of life before free trade/China/open borders

Bay Area,, LA, San Diego, NYC used to all be working class blue collar white cities. The houses in these cities were priced at 2X the average annual salary

It took a blue collar worker only 2 years income to afford a house in cities that are now out of reach for even white collar earning 6 figures

Also, products were much cheaper and of higher quality before free trade

china/open borders/Free trade raped the west

plot twist: post housing prices from before 2002 (before the globalist housing bubbles)

Can you get an interest free loan tho?

Yeah it is pretty affordable, except for maybe big cities or downtown areas

Big time frame but kek at how easy boomers had it

15 OCT 1975 - Sold $15,000
2019 listed - $1,050,000 - $1,150,000

Attached: modest2bed.jpg (1159x652, 229K)

1995 $260,000
2019 listed $2,300,000

Attached: 5bed.jpg (800x600, 134K)

is the madness ever going to end and prices return to normal?

yes my boomer dad has 3 houses and the rent is like 200$-300$

They are dropping in Sydney and Melbourne but I doubt they will ever be as affordable as they were 2-3 decades back. Who can afford them at these prices other than other property owners, property investors or kids with inheritances.

In sydney, it costs around $800,000 AUD (2,108,280 Shekel) to buy a one bedroom apartment.
An average graduate salary is 50,000AUD, which, after expenses and taxes will net you about 25,000 (65883 shekels) in savings each year, if you only buy and pay necessities.

feudalism

Fucking ridiculous. Where do they expect people to actually live if these prices keep up? The slave peons can't just stop existing. (Or maybe that's what automation is about)

That'll be 1,2 million euros, thanks

Attached: villan.jpg (709x579, 111K)

I heard that it's common that you don't actually fully pay back the mortgage in Sweden, is that true?

I have no idea

Jews jewing jews. Turn to next page for more

Pic related is a higher up home in my midwest hometown, median house price is $140k, median household income is about $60k/yr, most households make $75k-$100k. It is basically a suburb city of 55k people, but only 15 minute drive to a decent sized city of 500k.

Attached: huse.jpg (596x587, 112K)

If only these were Shitsrael's only problems.. I'm legit thinking about selling my body to live a decent life here, and I might fucking do it.

ive heard in europe (or maybe just some countries?) they let you take out like 90 year mortgages on houses so you pay for it, then your kids, etc.

>immonet.de/angebot/28362860?drop=sel&related=true&product=standard

Basically average price directly at the University campus here. Fucking hating buhmers and pushing up the prices even here just because they want to brag at their friends and being "in" living near the campus. Should just make place for students studying here desu

This

I dont know what to do boys?
Do i buy a shit house now before the prices increase more - i dont even want to live here and houses are shit here - id only be buying it to let...

Or do i just move abroad?

I cant handle living with other people anymore, i cant do it, this isnt what i went to university and got a good job for

wait for a crash. Will probably happen when you leave the EU. But you have to buy it then or i'll be back at normal prices after a year.

it'll*

>your grandparents buy a place for your parents fresh out of high school

Eat Shit, europoors

No.

>Is housing affordable in your country?
no.

it was for a short period after the crisis, but then turist scum and AirBnB hiked the prices back to "impossible"

but you are the one who cant afford a house in a proper place not in the middle of a lifeless desert lol

isnt housing cheap af in the west bank?

no but it actually started dropping

It's not bad. There are lots of affordable houses, even in Stockholm. You'll pay $500k for a regular house there. In smaller cities, you might get the same house for $300k.

wtf

>grandparents came here as immigrants from Croatia after WW2 with virtually no money
>grandpa was able to build his own house within 10 years of living here
>parents bought their first house in the early 1980s after getting married for like $75,000
>the same house I live in now worth $800,000 and it's in one of the shittest areas in Sydney

I'll never afford my own place despite working full time and having a decent wage. Oh well. At least I'm an only child so I'll inherit the house.

Palestinians aren't even people, and only people can actually own stuff like houses and land. Go cry more, you fatass.

Prices will need a Spain/USA circa 2007 tier collapse for housing to actually become affordable again. But still in that case, nobody will be able to afford them anyway since we'll be in a depression.

>implying jews are people

how much would rent cost for a single basement bedroom?

No, while the prices are low so are the wages. And mortgage rates are too high - 18-20%.

Believe it or not there actually are jobs outside of Toronto and Hong Couver.

read that too. they have runtimes of their mortgages of a couple hundred years and only pay very little interest. its like renting but actually owning it. weird.

have you seen the size and the interior?

it looks miserable but I wouldn't mind living in it

yeah i'd live there

Yes. 1 bedroom apartment in my city costs at least 30k$

I feel for you sydney fag
the prices are terrifying over there
its fucked up that apartments cost 800,000

Housing price ballooning up is a tragedy for young people. Young adults used to be able to buy and pay a house in few years with a single salary. Now all the jobs are concentrated in big cities where real estate is expensive and held by boomers.

Where I live (north of France) it's not that bad yet but because of very low loan interest people indebt themselves for 20, 30 years just to pay a shitty house 30 minutes away from the city center

If only loan interests went up it would end this meme or at least stall it.

Australia is only really 4 or five cities and only two of them are actually kinda big (Sydney and Melbourne) (circa 4.8 million population)

We haven't built enough houses in the past 30 years for growth rates and migration especially in Melbourne.

The real problem is ZHANG, the Howard Government halved the capital gains tax allowing the housing market to be entirely controlled and inflated by mostly Chinese investors (I imagine this is also exactly what has happened in Canada)

Housing is going to be a huge issue for Australia in the next 5 to 15 years we are likely to have our entire market crash in the next 2 years

>TLDR

Even if you are a highly qualified individual making 100K or more you still live in somewhat serfdom unless your Boomer parents help you
