They locked up like billions of XRP (ripple) and burned most of it owners all kept like 1%. (They are centralized after all) because everybody kept complaining about how much they own.
They publicly lowered the amount of XRP they own, while secretly not doing it. Then people caught on and they stormed the Ripple offices. That Kaan guy was killed and the Ron guy and another woman their are still missing in action.
