College definitely isn't for everyone. Go to trade school if you're good at working with your hands and you're not a fan of academics. Too many people go to college without being properly prepared and motivated.

Yeah. We have state tuition for most programs and the government thinks that by forcing more people to pass and get degrees they will somehow magically end up with more skilled specialists rather than just completely devalue the education.

70% of everyone i knew back in secondary school went to University while i chose not to, i got a ton of qualifications and experience in all that time they were there that would've been equal or better than the degree(s) or diplomas they got in the end.
