Wasn't Jinnah's original vision for Pakistan for it to be a place like Turkey? Would Pakistan be a better place if it was more secular?

secularism isnt the end all be all of a nation's success in the modern world. if pakistan had better leaders, or if Jinnah didn't die within the first year of independence, then we'd actually have an example to follow and maybe the country might've actually had a direction to go in rather than what actually happened in history

I think it'd be better for the world if Pakistan had better leaders. Also, by any chance are you the autist that posts shit about India everyday?

no that's not me. that's some other jackass

He isn't fully woke yet, quick bring over a Mick to truly awaken him.

>Un-Ironically invents modern Suicide Bombing
>Starts a successful rebellion against Anglos and wins in it
> Outlives her enemies and Dies at old age of natural causes and dabbed on all those Anglo and muzzie generals who Tried to kill her
She is probably the only native queen other than Rani Mangamma to fight Europeans and win without losing their lives

>be jinnah
>wish to create a state with religious identity using religious bigotry as tool
>wonder why after his death, the state went total durka

1941, anti colonization pan arabist Rashid Ali Al Gaylani with pro-nazi sympathies took on the anglos during the 1941 anglo-iraqi war. sadly he lost and got exiled.

1958 socialist revolutionary Abdl Karim al Qasim managed to take power in Iraq's Ramadan revolution, killing the royal hashemite family planted by the british and attempted to nationalize the oil interests.

on the left is what they did to king faisal the 2nd's body and on the right his prime minister nouri al said who later got tied to a car and dragged through the streets.

Later, baathists seized power from kasim in 1964, abu bakr is the bald guy and the guy with the moustache i guess you know who he is.

saddam taking power as the head of the baathists.

So saddam killed pro-nazi Iraqi leaders ?

>proceed to expropiate your gf

>pro-nazi sympathies
aren't islamists always pro-nazis aka anti-jew?

>So saddam killed pro-nazi Iraqi leaders ?

No not at all. So basically, Rashid Ali and his golden square party were the nazi sympathisers but that was back in 1941. They tried to revolt and failed. However, many of the same elements from the Golden Square went on to become baathists.

Abdl karim al qasim was a socialist PRO ussr leader who then got taken out by the baathists. The baathists took power from the socialists/commies.

all saddam did was remove baathists and others that were of annoyance to him and could have killed him.

>aren't islamists always pro-nazis aka anti-jew?
iraq wasn't full of islamists back then and not necessarily anyways as you can see the saudi wahhabists are very pro israel.

the most based in my opinion was Rashid ali and his group then abdl karim al qasim.

saddam was ok but he didn't really do anything revolutionary, he was just a convenient puppet for the west to fuck with. or maybe he was indeed the strongest iraq had and that even if iraq had a democracy at that time it would have gotten invaded by the west.

doesnt matter now they are all dead.

they all were cucked by the british until the 14 july revolution.

Shit, she sounds cool. I'll look her up. My knowledge of Indian history is pretty sad r b h.

yup essentially. the brits really did not want to lose their control over the region and did everything they can to do so.

july revolution happened at the right time because it was at a point where the brits lost power and were shamed after the suez and the era of british world dominance was over. and the US was too busy with the USSR.

Iraq never really any proper independance war tho, it was mostly political.

The british lost 200 soldiers in the anglo iraq war. A 500 millions empires could afford to lose more than that, it was just not worth it.

And the soviet-us era ended the british empire, suez being the final nail in the box.

There are many books about her including her biography "veera mangai / வீரா மங்கை " written by her grandson but all of them are written in tamil and it hasn't been translated into english yet

what battle did she do or won? do you have a list? how many brits did she kill?

>Iraq never really any proper independance war tho, it was mostly political.
no? I'd say the 1958 revolution broke the shackles of british control.

Also the British did have direct control from 1918 to 1920 with them in charge but violent iraqi revolts eventually forced them to instill a saudi hashemite puppet king.

>Sheikh Mujibur Rahman
>Literally redpilled and freed all of Bangladesh from racist pajeet and paki influence (Fights between hindus and muslims)

She started the polygar rebellion aka the rebellion of native polygars ( war chief's ) and feudal Barons
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polygar_Wars
military.wikia.com/wiki/Polygar

Polygar wars was the first true war of indian independence unlike the military revolt of 1857
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_Rebellion_of_1857
The polygar wars was the first war in which free and independent indian kingdoms fought against British
She personally herself fought against muslim rulers of north along with her husband after his death and due to her old age ( she was 50 year's old when she started fighting Brits , she used to fight with muslims in her younger year's )
She didn't take part in active combat but remained as queen and general
She had help from french and Portuguese during last stages of the rebellion
Unfortunately for her victory came at a great cost she retained her territories and even managed to reclaim her ancestral homeland but all her allies and most ardent supporters got killed in the rebellion

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Veerapandiya_Kattabomman
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dheeran_Chinnamalai

military.wikia.com/wiki/Veeran_Sundaralingam
All her allies except the king of Travancore was dead or executed but the British didn't try to retake her territories after that and she was succeeded by her daughter

Based as fuck, and tragic.

It was actually an indian colonial general who was in charge of the British forces in the Polygar wars
It was him who killed more than half of her allies and almost defeated her once
he is equally interesting as her
He is the only native commander to ever command an European Unit
military.wikia.com/wiki/Muhammed_Yusuf_Khan
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muhammed_Yusuf_Khan

Atleast she died in her own land free and independent
Sivagangai and her territories along with hyderabad and Travancore remained as independent kingdoms even after Indian independence but just like other rulers her great-grandson was persuaded by the Indian government to give up his kingdom or be dethroned without any compensation

You know who is the most based and bad ass among them all ?
It's her hand maiden and her husband who made the suicide attack

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuyili

problem is that I don't see any battles or wikipedia pages for any battles involving her, and I dont see how many brits she killed during those polygar wars. I don't see how many soldiers there was on both sides, how many battles, wich battles etc.

Not him, but that is an issue with Wikipedia I think. It's very Eurocentric since most of the people uploading the information and making articles are primarily detailing those regions.
A major part of Asian history, particularly those regarding warfare is left out. It isn't a problem of the website itself but due to less participation from the people who are knowledgeable in said affairs.
Another reason for the lack of sufficient articles is that they have to be supported with citations and references and they have to be linked in the post. Most information has been recorded in physical copies and written in languages other than English so it's a bit difficult to get that info up on Wikipedia.

As for British perspective and british accounts of events look up officer's memoirs
Such as this
This is from a later date and tells the account of veteran's of the old polygar war and other rebellions putting down another insurrection in vellore
books.google.co.in/books?pg=PA285&lpg=PA286&dq=John Blakiston vellore&ct=result&id=CScyAQAAIAAJ&ots=gEvzE179kI&redir_esc=y#v=onepage&q&f=false
Or read books like " A matter of honor - an account of indian army "
"Yusuf khan the rebel commandant " by samuel charles hill ( it's about the British Colonial commander who fought for British in the Polygar wars )
As for native accounts there are books and biographies which are written in native language and isn't translated yet
Her grand son wrote a Biography about hwr called as வீரா மங்கை / veera mangai
It's even in google play store for free but its not in English

I know, but there is 1 billion indian who have internet and speak english, they should make those infobox and wikipedia battles.

I made several mughal ones. It's shouldn't be my job.

Thanks for adding infoboxes
Appreciate the effort
