Why still bulk in February?
I started my cut,this one can has 50g protein
I ate the skin. Should I take it off?

I also keep a couple of cans of fish for when I'm too lazy to cook or go to a cafe or it's too late and everything's closed.
Bread fucks me over though since it doesn't last.

that's based. for lunch i had 4 sausages, 6 eggs (whole) 150g mushrooms and 500mL milk (3.7%), i always keep potatoes around since they last for ever if you keep them cool dry and dark. also a lot of flour so i can make my own breaded products whenever i need them. flour keeps forever and you only need some water to make dumplings from it
