For me is a more inclusive "chicano". It's just retardation from diaspora that has no real identity, no real cultural connection with latinamerican culture but they want to be part of the victim olympics. I think it's a fair identity, that should be reserved for brown retarded americans,it was created out of ignorance and based on retarded american census concepts.
