no wonder you people are fat
and i wouldn't eat your bread even I was starving

it's not an american breakfast if it has canadian bacon

That's English breakfast actually, just 3x the size.

Attached: images (1).jpg (264x191, 8K)

what the fuck are those hashbrowns and why is there ham

>i wouldn't eat your bread even I was starving
You will soon E*ro

For how many people is that? I rarely have breakfast t bh

i don't have breakfast but would eat this all for lunch

American "bread" is really weird. Only Koreans do like it.

>For how many people is that?

The appetizer for one before the main course.

Attached: freakshake-pancake-stack.jpg (1440x720, 293K)

That's just a hamsteak. You know, ham and eggs?

Attached: breakfast bucket.jpg (404x323, 78K)

I am italian I've never heard of Hamsteak. What animal is that? My breakfast is just a croissant and cappuccino, or an espresso if I'm not hungry.

It is weird we dont really have a breakfast culture here
We usually drink a coffee with some pastries

any other country do that too?

This image tantalizes me. Is it layered like a parfait or is it eggs all the way down?

You realize we have plenty of non-wonderbread bread

Guess my countries average BMI!

Attached: kafigipfeli.png (935x690, 934K)

love me some fried taters

fellow patrician
it even looks so aesthetic

kek, literally me.
Why do you eat Italian breakfast? There is no Danish breakfast? your country seems like a joke to be honest.

What are you doing up? It's like, four in the morning in Germany.

Lazy welfare leeches who don't know what it's like to work eight hours on an empty stomach.

They don't want to become obese. The only people who ought to eat this way are people who work physical labor or athletes. Thats a good breakfast only if you're trying to make some major gains.

It wastes food.

In that case I suggest you try Bavarian breakfast, work just goes so much easier.

Attached: BavarianFullBreakfast.jpg (400x500, 34K)

i thought coffee and pastries were usually called french breakfast, also you're replying to a swiss poster

well the difference is that we take a real meal at lunch
I've heard that americans barely just snack for 10 mintues and then go back to work, is that true?
for many of us we usually go to a nearby restaurant for an hour

do they really just drink beer in the morning? lmao

>Beer in the morning
Wewlad

actually it is not breakfast but the 9 o'clock snack, and yes, in some parts it is normal to have a beer or two with that, especially when you work the trades.

Having a huge breakfast is kind of a thing from the olden days. Most of our schedules are so fucked we wake up tired and miserable and have no appetite for our one hour commute.

When you sleep, you will be full.

A big breakfast is still a thing in farm country.

>well the difference is that we take a real meal at lunch
>I've heard that americans barely just snack for 10 mintues and then go back to work, is that true?

Actually, yes. I've had shitty jobs where the lunch break was 15-45 minutes. That doesn't include the time you'd spend walking across the street to some place you liked and waiting in line.

At my work we eat at our desk.
This is what life at a Big 4 accounting firm is like.
Actually I heard one of my colleagues drove home crying the other night because of overworking. When I studied in France I remember people taking 2-hour lunch breaks, if we had that I'd think I was dead in heaven.

Big breakfasts aren’t really a problem imo. It’s eating big meals late in the afternoon/evening that’s bad for you if you don’t work it off.

There is a middle ground between French lunch breaks and US ones.
On the other hand business lunch with the French was always a highlight at my old job. Like when your boss picks a DD he basically gives the rest of the office permission to go vino.

Same here, OPs pic looks luch tier, we don't eat meat or eggs for breakfast.

This is a full Swiss breakfast.

I remember looking at a book about Berlin printed in the 1970s, I think it was 1970s, they mentioned school boys would go to pubs in the morning and have a beer before school.

>in resort in canada
>breakfast 9am
>ask waitress for hot coco
>mfw i get one with whipped cream on it

Attached: 1542655312460.jpg (232x185, 13K)

>Be american
>Suffer a heart attack
>Goes to the hospital
>See the millionaire bill
>Suffer another heart attack and dies

Canada has the best breakfast foods. It’s essentially all the stuff you see in the OP with some occasional French-Quebec elements and better food standard laws than the US. Plus pure maple syrup is GOAT.

That's eat breakfast and no lunch. It's alot.

>2-hour lunch breaks
yeah but we dont all do that, most of the time its one long hour

It's more like the Sunday version, on weekdays you'd probably go with a bowl of musli and a coffee, or just croissant & coffee.

>Canada has the best breakfast foods.
I disagree.

t. Have eaten breakfasts in Canada

Attached: 20190103_153819.jpg (3264x1836, 1.2M)

>Like when your boss picks a DD he basically gives the rest of the office permission to go vino.
?

Thats still a lot desu

what the fuck?

Attached: 0.jpg (480x360, 17K)

look at the top its photoshopped

>shitty dry wheat toast
>inedible eggs
>weird potatoes
>no chicken fried steak with country gravy
>no english muffins
>no fried eggs and sausage
bitch, please. never post again

To be fair, I hate anything fried

>eurostarves

looks good, needs black pudding though

Attached: brek_tall.jpg (511x387, 72K)

>Canada has the best breakfast foods.

Attached: canadian cuisine.png (575x512, 344K)

But this isn't.

Attached: 92_breakfast.jpg (600x600, 71K)

no it is

That explains a lot.
English which is bad too has at least a few healthy things like beans and maybe tomatos.

We always used to get a couple beers during lunch break at school

Jesus, I can't recall an Australian Breakfast that wasn't just cereal and toast.
No wonder we're fucking retarded.

I don't eat breakfast.

add boiled broccolis and fried vegetables on the plate, they solve your fatness from lacking of green

That is why you are weak

Fpbp.

I have a job with rotating shifts so I my eating schedule is different every week.
Morning shifts (6am-2pm)
>big breakfast at 4am
>snack at work on my first half an hour break between 8am-9am
>second snack at around 12am
>dinner at 4-5pm, nothing after that

Evening shifts (2pm-10pm)
>fuck huge lunch/brunch at 12am
>first snack around 16:30
>second around 7pm-8p, nothing after that

Nigh shifts (10pm-6am)
>light snack around 8pm before work
>first break and snack around midnight
>second around 4am
>no breakfast because I go straight to bed after work
>big dinner at 4pm

Attached: fags.jpg (735x551, 105K)

That’s actually really based

>shekelstein doesnt allow fatty to have lunchbreak
LMAO

Loads of Australians have opened brunch places in London, they're all about avocado and kind of fry ups and nice coffee. Also they all sell tim tams and milo, strange phenomenon

I wont even bother to put some honey on a piece of bread. Let alone prepare all this stuff everyday.

any of these breakfasts real things I just eat some cereal or toast

Yes most of it is stuff you throw on a pan it takes more effort to wash the dishes afterwards than it does to actually make

Delicious

not enough soy for them

>eating food in the morning
why do people do this?

based

Most of the American breakfast is derived from Anglo-Irish and German culinary traditions.

Therefore Hans is attacking his own culinary traditions.

>euro poor breakfast

Attached: DSCF9695.jpg (1600x1284, 120K)

put some butter on this and you make every senior citizen within 500 meters to cum in his pants

actual american breakfast

Attached: iRSmRCg.png (800x600, 494K)

>There is no Danish breakfast?
I hope that was a joke but I'm not so sure.

American diet is unironically pretty good to get really fucking massive. As in, you either workout 4 times a week and you can bench 3 plate in no time or you end up like a fat fuck.

Carbs
Diabetes

Jeez. We have a minimum of one hour by law.

he's probably saying that when the boss is with the employees at lunch, and he orders alcoholic drink, this is like carte blanche for the rest of the group to order a glass of wine

when i worked in office we often had couple of beers on our 2h lunch breaks (especially in the summer), but that was normal for a IT company that has stock of hard alcohol in the office, gifted from happy customers and that kickstart the cold winter workdays with a cup of tea and brandy (that was basically a tea bag in a cup of brandy)...

Attached: Desayuno-Tostada-Tomate.jpg (3264x2448, 335K)

I fear getting a coronary disease at the age of 40

We do?!!

I had this weird tomato jam in Valencia, didn't like it

No, i was wrong. I though i heard it somewhere. 30 minutes minimum but unions want the employer to give 60 minutes and 2 fika pauses.

What's a fika pause?

Just put some ketchup on it and you'll like it.

you mussen use sundried tomatoes

Why are Italians so bitter about med food, some things just aren't tasty you know, there's a reason things don't travel. A watery jam made from very unripe tomatoes must be an aquired taste, clearly too refined for barbarous anglo palates

It when you take a coffee break and eat a bun/pastry or commonly known as fika bread/coffee bread

Attached: kaffe.jpg (800x520, 215K)

That's cute, wish we had a formalised version. We do have tea and biscuit breaks at work but it's not like a team will do it all together or whatever

Food is serious business here.
Almost like football.

looks gross except for the french toast. im a big fan. but i make mine without any sugar or sweets and i use whole wheat bread. good pre-workout food

Too bad, its good for bonding and teamwork.

Attached: fikapaus.jpg (680x450, 118K)

i have just adapted to eating once every 24 hours

>coffee with milk
xD

Sandwiches are the best type of breakfast.
