Well if you believe in catholic orthodoxy, then all you have to do is pray, live humbly, be pious, love, do not sin, give thanks to god, do reparations, repent of all your sins and never commit them again, give charity to all in need, ask god for the forgiveness of sins, meditate the rosary, confess your every hour each day to god, study the saints, assist in holy mass at least once a week (if not more), you must go to adoration at least twice a week and give thanks to Jesus in-front of him, do your best to never stop prayer, Jesus, God, the holy spirit, and Mary must be in all your thoughts all the time, submit your entire will to god, you must also absolutely hone your own vain reactions, and always be calm in thought. Devote yourself to Mary, and one other saint so that they may help you become closer to god our lord Jesus Christ. While doing all this, you must pray/beg God constantly to convert the sinners of the world. And once God sees that you have faith that can move mountains, numerous people will be converted.
So in short, the answer is "Start with yourself".
