Your claim is that Tatars are ethnically "Finno-Ugric" and have no Turco-Mongolic admixture. This isn't the case. They are a three-way mix of Turco-Mongolic, Scythians and local Volga-Permic people. Turco-Mongolic heritage is widespread in Russia, most of it being from Huns, Bulgars and other such nomads rather than the Mongol yoke itself.
