How come Greeks were able to genetically replace the people of Anatolia?

Did Bosnians save their racial purity by converting to Islam?

1) west Anatolians were similar to Greeks to begin with (the Phrygian language was related to Greek)
2) intermigration in the Roman and Byzantine eras, continuing on to the Ottoman invasion of Greece

A mixture of native Greek Anatolians, Arabs, and Mongols.

Genetic trash from Mongolia.

Some greeks, some armenians, some galats, some turks from Middle Asia.

They are extremely beautiful and white

How did the Turkic speaking people even get to Anatolia? Where did this nation come from?

there still exist, a population native to anatolia in some aspect of race.
The problem is, this meek and insignificant people group populating between the hinterlands of nations have assimilated into so many empires without a single fight that they have virtually been forgotten by the universe.
When the persians came, they became persians, when the greeks came, they became greeks, when the armenians came they became armenians, when the arabs came they became arabs and lastly when the turks came, they became turks.
Everytime they have integrated perfectly into any empire that have conquered them, perfectly willing to throw away any customs they used to have without any rebellion

research the seljuks and the fall of the arab caliphate

Turkic invaders in Anatolia

>How come Greeks were able to genetically replace the people of Anatolia?

They weren't.

the very simplified case was that the turkic nomads lived a life in the steppes and during a handful of years of intense drought one dude named seljuk decided he will go east to settle new farmland so he conquered persia from the caliphate and declared himself a new caliph, more and more turks started migrating into persia but they were not pleased with the khan becoming more and more persian by the day and there wasnt enough farmlands for all of them, so one of the borderlords attacked byzantium for more farmland and recked their shit
thats the really REALLY simplified version homewer, in reality migrants were going from all over northern black sea and central asia to all over middle east and eastern europe for decades, kind of like warrior gypsies

>Finns scoring less than the island people
based

Anatolian people mixed with some Greek, Caucasus, Persian, Balkanic and very small Arab influence
Ah yeah and some significant Central Asian ancestry

Arab ancestry is still the lowest of all in Turkey

they were nomads. the seljuk turks lead a series of large conquests. including persia and a large chunk of anatolia. the ottomans rose to power as one of the successor states in the anatolian part.

>When the persians came, they became persians, when the greeks came, they became greeks, when the armenians came they became armenians, when the arabs came they became arabs and lastly when the turks came, they became turks.

that's a very retarded explanation of the situation.

they didnt

they just interbred for almost 2000 years with the "native" anatolians, the anatolians became the greeks, the greeks became the anatolians
the diadochi wars cemented their "greekness", and the romans hero-worshiped the greeks there, instead of romanizing them like they did elsewhere

also it was quite common to take a local wife or two for the nomadic turks, but unlike the mongolians, huns, and dozens of other steppe invaders throughout the years, the turks themselves stayed in the land they took, they didnt fuck off back to central asia (and the ones who stayed in asia are getting concentration camp'd in china today)
