A while ago, some European guy on Jow Forums posted that he got an insane amount of female attention in China by wearing a suit while he walked around a city. I had the chance to try this in a city called Fuzhou last month, and it's no joke.
I'm not that good-looking, but just by wearing a suit and being clean-cut, there were women who walked right up to me and started taking photos on their phones while I smiled for them. Even in the rain (I tried to avoid the rain, but it's still winter in Fujian). I was astonished at the amount of attention I got.
It was very charming, but I think I still have a Nordic girl fetish, so I didn't start anything permanent over there.
