Good work bros!

But let's not undersell our contributions either. C++'s foundation was based on ideas originating in Simula from Norway!

Based Scandinavia

java is better

>Danish attempt at humor
>publish C++
>people take it seriously, world suffers horribly
It's a good tool to make you un-fireable as a programmer, though.

>Java
Look at him! Look at him and laugh!

>Take C
>Make it worse
Thank you stroustrup

learn to code

I much prefer this Danish invention

>1998: you have to implement 3 constructors
>2011: you have to implement 12 constructors

it's the stuff of nightmares, just kill it already

>Take C
>Turn it to Java
Thank you Danish

If it was just that..

You have a great language when you can't be ever sure how things get initialized. Something simple as zero-initialization is hell if somebody decided to use initalizer lists, instead of putting all members of complex class into a struct.

Are you pretending to be retarded

Embarrasing

A challenger appears

>rewrite it in rust

For me it's typescript

programming languages :OOO

for me, its pseudo code
let the pajeets and code monkeys implement my grand designs

for me, it's VHDL

how can non-HDLs even compete

>i want to use a language used by low-level operative system like programs to make applications
i'm sorry but there's no reason to complicate shit like that
>b-but pointers
when the fuck did you use it last time?
>b-but macros and bitwise operations
extremely useful in an desktop application

Face it guys, you are tards who love to feel clever by using overcomplicated shit. Java is better when dealing with softwares. C sharp is the proof for that

itt: nerds

Language that has signed bytes and lacks unsigned types all together just can't be taken seriously. Everything has a hidden allocation cost that trashes memory and CPU caches. Java is for people who don't have taste and likes abusing their CPU.

>programming
IT people are one of the most soulless boring NPCs imaginable

and they make more money than you and your parents combined

yeah, fuck those losers
*goes back to playing Sid Meier’s Civilization® VI*

>money is all that matters!
hello NPC, I have yet to talk to a programmer that isn't a completely depressed fucktard that can only talk about his job or coding

>VI
no way fag

have you thanked sweden for creating the foundation for literally everything tech related?

Attached: linus tech tips.jpg (727x461, 37K)

you live in latvia, everyone's a depressed fucktard

can't relate to that picture or your post at all
i never talk about programming to other people, unless they keep asking me about it.
and i'm not depressed. i just like coding. i almost became an electrician, but coding was slightly more enjoyable for me

C++ is an abomination that should not have ever been made. You can't have two such different paradigms together.

once again, this is a level of detail completely useless when dealing with softwares. it's more important to have a clearly object-oriented structured language, close to uml, which java is.

maybe if you're f*llstack, like a casual

Thanks England!

Rockstar is superior in every way

Don't forget you can do functional programming in C++ too.
