I made a mistake on the marketcap of 10B CET, it would put it at exactly 1.3B, or about 300 Million LOWER than BNB, IF 10x the amount of CET thats currently in circulation were released.

The volume is all fake and there are dozens of exhcanges with thia same system popping up and pump and dumping. This is not sustainable long term, if the exchange is making no money from fees guess what? Theyre going to make money selling the coin after it pumps

They are making money from fees, they in fact are also making money from CET sales, and they are making money from BCH mining operations.
Why do you think they dont have fees? Because they dont need them and prefer to get marketshare in BCH.
