Having your Juris Doctor without practicing law is the ultimate scarlet letters to employers. They would rather have an experienced worker they can train from the ground up than a JD with no law success.

Get a job at a gas station. They always need people and you gain a lot of experience in many different fields if you are competant. They are aids to work though and be prepared to see the worst scum society has to offer.
