This is Touhou, it's a video game series fairly popular in Japan but somewhat unknown to the west, the games are mainly danmakus (bullet hell), but some are fighting games. While you might not appreciate the games, it has a phenomenal work put onto the music, and this propelled a lot of artists to do their own version. Bad apple is often what introduces people to the Touhou universe, and I honestly think Touhou has the most fan-made content out of any game serie, thousands and thousands of art, music, games, figurines, cosplay, litterature, you get the picture
