Not very hard, it's just 2 years of school and 6 months of test working.
It has no academic requirements. Only physical.
I couldn't join because minimum height for men is 178cm, I'm 170.
Though, maybe I could change gender and apply as a girl if I really wanted to get in, since they don't have to be as tall as men(DISCRIMINATION).
