that would be the left, the cleared side. About 50% of the buildings you see cater to the American tourist trade. Many of them are dentists offices. I'd rather be in Tijuana than London, all of Israel, Saudi Arabia, LA, Chicago, the entire states of Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Michigan or Arkansas.
