Good for you then, you shouldn't have much problems here, as I said I can only speak from personal experience, and my experience is that those I've worked with have all had problems finding friend and those reasons is what I've noticed. If you plan to stay here for more than a few months you should really learn the language and try to use it as much as possible instead of English, that way you'll make it much easier for yourself both to find friends and to succeed at work to earn more money.

Well, it's hard to say for me as a native, but I'd say it's not very hard. A lot of people who come here from other countries seem to have no problems learning Norwegian, maybe a lot of poles think they won't need it since they're only staying for a short while?
